I have been going to Dr. Bhatia for several years. In that time I have never waited less than 45 minutes to be seen. In fact, one time it was 2 hours past my appointment time. I also would like to mention there have been 3 times when my appointment has been cancelled by her and I was not able to get another for no less than 2 months. One appointment I showed up for was cancelled with no call letting me know it had been cancelled. I dont know if it is the office staff or the doctor in these cases. I do know they dont try to get you in for another appointment as soon as possible or try to accommodate the inconvenience, yet they charge you if an appointment isnt cancelled within 48 hours. All in all this doctor and practice is very incompetent and I will be trying to find someone else. I gave them quite a few years even with my doubts.

This is not your typical doctors office. . . I started going to Dr. Taz for help managing my energy loss and digestive discomfort. Dr. Taz was so thorough and uncovered so much that no other doctor in Atlanta had found. Over the past 4 years she continues to introduce me to the best treatments, suggest new protocols and products that I would never have known about otherwise. My thyroid has actually healed some (which is NOT the normal), and I have so much more energy than I did before. I think what I love most is how much she truly listens in the patient room to find out what is really going on. Ive referred so many friends who are struggling with low energy, allergies and even infertility. Shes just the best.

I was seen immediately by the P.A. I saw Dr. Bhatia last and she was patient and kind. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. I was told my first appointment would last about 3 hours and it did. In that time, I was always actively doing something and I didnt feel my time was being wasted. So far Im quite pleased with the preliminary diagnosis and treatment plan. I have follow up in 5 weeks and I am confident the level of care will be maintained. RMK

I have had Kristen as my NP. She has finally addressed my needs the my traditional HCP. Was not able to tackle. As a matter of fact, my PCP referred me to the office. HIS WIFE IS ALSO A PATIENT! I love this place and am so grateful that I have found this place. Anyone who feels like traditional medicine is not working, please, please, give this place a try.

Dr. Taz and her staff were excellent! They take a great amount of time with each patient to get a full picture and understanding of their life and how best to treat him/her. It was the most in depth physical I have ever had. I feel as if I am finally on my way to a healthier and more rewarding life.
