I went to Family Practice of Atlanta based on the 5 star reviews on Google. I went in for a visit regarding flu-like/sinus infection symptoms. The front office was very nice. They asked me to come in early to fill out new patient forms, which I did gladly. However, after going back, the RN asked me a slew of questions that I had already answered on the forms. Although a little frustrated, I answered them because Id had a very short wait time thus far. After she finished, I waited 35 minutes for the doctor to come in. Dr. Ellenoff was carrying a box of tissues with her and constantly blowing her nose, which wasnt exactly reassuring to a sick person. She again asked me for my list of medications, if I had any illnesses, etc. No one ever took my temperature, and I was there for an hour and a half only to pay $100 and come away with no answers, no prescriptions, and no help. Will not return.

I recently moved to the Atlanta area and was looking for a physician. Someone recommended Dr. Sondi Moore-Waters so on their recommendation, I gave her a chance. From the reception to check-out, I was glad that I made the choice. The staff is extremely professional and accommodating. Upon request, Dr. Moore-Waters was able to give me traditional medicinal remedies as well as natural remedies to prevent further occurrences of the issue present. If you are looking for an amazing overall experience, please do not hesitate to use this staff of helping professionals.

Dr.Waters,is a very good,and professional doctor.She listens,explain whats going on with your health.Most doctors,dont have time,or wont take time,to explain things to you and leave you more confused.I have always ,said,and live by,"if a doctor dont have time to talk to me" ,then I dont have time for him,or her to be my doctor.In other words treat people like human beings.Their staff is also,nice,and professional.Plus,the office is clean,and pretty.

I had my first appt. with Dr. Sondi Moore-Waters yesterday and I have to say I left feeing as though she had known me for years. What an incredible experience. She was attentive, took her time, interested in learning all about me, and truly made me feel cared for. The office is beautiful and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. HIGHLY recommend!
