I have been coming to this Dr.s office since 2009. There are some very important things you should know about this team. First if you come in off the street for sick call you will wait until all regular patients have been seen first. They have appointments you dont. They will get to you when they can. If you feel that bad go to emergency room or call 911. Next they lost a Dr./Partner who passed away this year. This has over loaded them with patients. They are trying to handle everyone gently and to the best of their ability. Please be patient. (No pun intended heh) This team of Drs are amazing. I personally see Dr. Osborne (hes amazing) but when I am sick have seen both Dr. Higgs who is awesome with bronchitis and also the recently deceased Dr. Hersch (Bless his family and soul). This team of Dr.s work very hard and are very insightful, professional, up on modern medicine and always go the extra mile for me when I need it. My Nurse and Dr. have have called me at home to give me condolences when my father passed away and made sure that I had the meds I needed when I left the state. My Dr. gives me hugs and tells me to take care of myself because he cares does yours? Sometimes the reception out front can be a bit cool...dont let that set the mood ;)

Ive been coming to this practice for over 20 years. I see Dr. Roger Carr and Tamra Casper, ANP (Nurse Practitioner). After being on Ambien for sleep for over 10 years, Dr. Carr weaned me off Ambien. It took a month to come off it, but my memory is significantly better, and Im getting better sleep. Two locations. I go to the Stockbridge location. This is a large practice so they are busy. Ideally, make your appointments for early in the morning or right after they come back from lunch. Lisa at the front desk is also very friendly and very efficient.

The staff at the Stockbridge location attitudes are the worst, unprofessional and disrespectful. There are plenty of people needing jobs that will serve with a pleasant attitude and with a smile. I gave the pleasure of meeting them in my line of business.....maybe its time to change the staff!

Had 9:10 appt with Dr. Higgs in Stockbridge. First time seeing him. Been coming to this practice for over 20 years. They took me back at the correct time. I was out of the office by 10am. Very attentive to my problem. Very thorough exam. Very personable.

Took my grandmother here for her follow up appointment Dr. Higgs had us waiting 2 hours before even speaking to us. Very unprofessional and worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will be finding her another doctor.....
