I have been visiting this facility for close to 10 years. Waiting time is minimal to see a very qualified doctor (in my case Dr. Brian Hoffman). The nurses are great and the staff is friendly and efficient... once you are there. However, when calling in, one is often number 12 in line to be answered which can be over a half hour. Often, the message for Doctor is not passed on accurately which usually means another call and another long wait. I would give this facility and easy five stars if it could improve the way calls are handled both in timeliness and in accuracy. When you finally do get through, the staff is usually prompt in returning your call. Grant Wagner

I have been a patient here for years, and I do love the doctors. Unfortunately they have taken on too many patients and you can never get in to see them. Ive called at 8 on 2 consecutive days now and no appointments are available. They helpfully suggest the priority care office. This is at least the 4th time that this has happened to me. Im going to be leaving the practice now because there isnt much point in having a good doctor you cant see.
