I schedualed an appointment for my 4 year old son as I wanted the specialist check up his hearing. I did the same with the dentist and eye doctor. I explained that this is prevenative treatment and he does not have any issues with hearing. I also explained that my insurance covers only prevenative care and we should not do anything extra. When we started we found out he has a liquid in his ears ( he was stuffy) so we had to see other doctor and rescheduale our appoinment in 4 weeks when the liquid will be gone. When I came back I found out that I was charged for both treatments and when I tried to explain that this is impossible as one excludes another the receptionist rudely shut down window and locked a door. I was promised to get bill in mail and she cant do anything. I had a long conversation with billing and coding and I was promised everything will be under control, however, I got a new bill with even more amount. Well, what can I do? First of all I will never come back to the place where receptionist are rude and cant listen and help. The office is paperless. So, I believe some attention to customers would help to avoid this mess. English is my second language but I believe I made myself clear when I asked to use preventive codes as my insurance does not cover other codes. My big mistake that I did not see those hints and when I was greeted like "unwelcome poor relative" I should walk away but I decided to stay despite on my gut feeling. Well, I dont know if I would be able to prove anything to this office but I am sure that this location should be avoided. please be careful.

I have been in contact with the ENT Institute for over 3 months trying to get back the extra $250 this company charged me for one of my office visits. They claim the new "industry standard" is to charge a deductible deposit until the insurance claim goes through, but my health insurance says I dont owe them any money! The billing manager, Hope Denham, refuses to return my calls or properly address my situation. This place is a joke - stay away unless you want to pay almost $300 for every office visit despite having reputable insurance. EDIT: Its been over a week and a half and "tthomas" has not replied to any emails. Responding to a low-rated review does not make it go away; you have to follow up with your patients and provide actual customer service and not just pretend like you care.

This was a great experience, especially for someone new to Georgia. Dr. French was calming and informative, my appointment was kept without waiting, and everyone, and I mean everyone, inside this office was helpful and friendly! Too, I did need hearing aids, and Linda, the audiologist was caring, professional, and took the time with me to explain all of my options without a heavy sales pitch. Too, Linda has gone that extra mile to ensure that the aids fit me well. Professionalism, a great listener, and caring for the whole individual. What more could anyone ask for? I would highly recommend this ENT Institute.

New Patient Experience: The easiest, most efficient doctors office I have EVER been in! Receptionist picked up my call on the 3rd ring. She was friendly, empathetic about my symptoms and got me scheduled 3 days out from my initial call. I walked in the office 30min early; new patient check-in on a tablet (SO EASY!), handed it back to the front office and in 5min I was being taken back to see the doctor - who walked into the room right behind me. Dr. French & his MA were friendly, empathetic, knowledgeable, and efficient. I feel like I finally have answers to my chronic (8 months) sinus issues!

So, I had been dealing with a sore throat for days that progressively got worse, even after two doses of antibiotics and a steroid shot from my primary care. The day before going to ENT Institute, I saw another ENT that clearly missed a few classes on tonsils. By the time I arrived at the ENT Institute, I was in a world of pain and my throat was beginning to close up. It was the Friday before New Years and lucky for me, I received an immediate diagnosis by Meredith Ingram. She was incredibly caring, sympathetic, understanding, knowledgeable and attentive.

Since moving to the Atlanta area over 20 years ago I have had constant problems with my sinuses. It wasnt until I went to the ENT Institute that I finally experienced relief, particularly through the balloon sinuplasty procedure. Dr. French, Keevil Helmley and the entire staff are very efficient and professional. I appreciate all of their attention to detail. A special mention about Orianna (may have the spelling wrong), she works on the front desk and is always very helpful. She and the other ladies in the front are all very friendly. Many thanks!

Only thing missing was the coffee. Everyone had a smile, the nurse was awesome, new to the practice but hope she stays around. She went out of her way to assist with providing us a list of medications that was subscribed to her, to keep for your records. She introduced herself in a professional manner, insured we answered the questions correctly on the screening intake, and was a pleasure to work with. The computer tablets used to complete registration, earned a A+ for excellent! All round experience was excellent.

Dr French and his practice are the best!! I had spent many years with constant sinus infections. The infection got so bad at one point I was in bed for 2 weeks of every month before I finally had the balloon procedure Dr. French recommended. Along with the allergy testing provided in office I started on allergy shots. I have just completed year 2 of the shots and I havent had sinus infection once since. Dr French has great patience and compassion and I recommend him and his practice to everyone.

I had a poor experience with the call center. And I ask for John the Office Mgr and he was amazing. He listening to me go on and on. Never once doubt or challenged my experience. Instead he apologized took responsibility and put me in direct contact with an Allergist (Shelly) and in her absence her amazing sub for the day Ms Jill took great care of me. Keep me calm during the test. Love this practice because they care about the customers. Great Great Group of professionals

I have known Dr. French since he came to this practice. Dr. Gallup did my 1st sinus surgery and that too was a successful surgery. Dr. Gallup started the practice. Dr. French is very friendly and knowlegable. He lets you have input to what you feel works for your body. That is so important for anyone. If you dont understand something, ask him to explain. He is very good at that. I would highly recommend him.
