She was visibly inebriated the entire time or something... Asked me (Im trans) If Im like A hermaphrodite Down there. In reference to my genitalia and asking why I was on HRT. Also, constantly misgendered me after asking in a letter, specifically, please use these pronouns, the other ones hurt me. She seems to think her ignorance of this issue which causes suicide amongst trans people is excusable given her medical degree! I had to school her on basic sensitivity in front of her whole staff before getting 11 vials of blood taken. CAuse of her ignorance, I got to experience going to my DENTIST and not getting a basic cleaning. Plaque, which Im ALWAYS having issue with, is flaring up my autoimmune disorder, Eosinophilic Esophagitis. So she, to basically get another appointment out of me and more money cause shes horrible at her job, REJECTED MY ABILITY CAUSE OF MY MEDICAL ISSUES TO GET A BASIC TOOTH CLEANING. She admitted to me in front of her staff that she doesnt understand trans people at all; She basically admitted shed only see me as a woman if I had been post-operation... All in all, a disrespectful, horrible experience. She tried to sway me from getting my potentially cancerous lymph nodes checked to be absolutely sure (relatives always die of cancer).... Or my hyoid bone, which is currently stabbing me. She told me Oh, you really obsessed with this cancer thing. I replied that I barely knew my grandmother cause I watched her die of breast cancer. The second ultrasound on my neck made me feel better but now they want a CAT scan of my neck bone. There is another spur on my spine. I have encountered mean, unimaginative professionals or book-raised ones with no common sense of her own. If you dont trust a person with a reflex testing little hammer thing, dont go to this woman; Her ignorance might just get you hurt or killed. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR LGBTQI people! Not recommended for anyone except the most normie person EVER. I felt almost as violated as the time I was in the restroom doing a pee test and the person stared through the stall at me when I was peeing in a cup and they KEPT TALKING TO ME ABOUT JESUS. :< I didnt ask for Jesus, I asked for healthcare. SCREW. OFF. She was worse than the person who stared at my naked body and STILL tried selling me Christ. IN THE BATHROOM.

I tried using her for my grandchildren. HORRIBLE experience. took my child to receive immunization, he received the but they said the GRITS system was down. my grandsons shots were NEVER recorded I called and fought with DR. TELLING THEM HIS SHOTS WERE UP TO DATE. finally STARTED GOING TO ANOTHER DOCTOR, HAD TO GET IMMUNIZATION ALL OVER AGAIN. So I am going to fast forward 3 yrs. I assist my adult brother with his health needs, and figured since the staff changed maybe the office has changed. He had 10:30 appt. DID NOT LEAVE until after 3pm. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Im sure she is a great Dr. but shes just too slow. I arrived at 12:45 for my 1:15 appt. And didnt get called to the back untill 3:00. The med tech realize I was waiting entirely too long just for a tb shot and offerred to do it herself. I didnt leave the Drs office until 4:00. Once I left there, there were at least 7 patients in the waiting area, so I can just imagine!

The wait time is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! She is too slow! I dont care how good she is. She needs to be more considerate of other peoples time especially if they are sick. Nobody wants to spend their entire day at the doctors office!!! I will not be back

Dr. Rhonda ross has wanted to be a vet. Since I knew her when she was 16 she went to school with me. And she went to school and more school, I know because I had to miss my friend, all those years so I know she is more than qualified. Her friend Sammy.

Dr. Ross is the best doctor Ive been to, she is very thorough leaving nothing to chance. She takes her time with all patients making sure all questions are answered. my finances mom referred me and now I have my fiancé seeing her, she is the best!

Love wasting people time! You have an appointment and still wait 2 hours! This happen on several occasions!
