So fare this is the worst experience I’ve had at a doctor’s office. The office lacks professionalism, cleanliness and staff, most of all they are clearly more concerned with using your condition to bill then to actually healing you or helping you resolve your health needs. At my initial phone contact I asked for the New Patient paperwork to be emailed or faxed to me, they did nether. When I got to the old poorly keep office I wasn’t seen until a little over an hour after my appointment time. When I saw the doctor I explained I’d already been seen at an urgent care for my ear issue, the length of time I’ve been dealing with it and the severity, then asked for a referral to an ENT, he proscribed me eardrops for an infection he didn’t see and told me he’ll give me a referral after I return in a week. I’ve been in so much pain so I called the office 4 days later and got a short tempered women on the line, I asked her to have the doctor to provide me with a referral and asked her about receiving a fee sheet for my last visit (they didn’t give me a copy of anything when I left the office, I have no idea what they plan to charge my insurance company or myself or what care they say they provided). The women didn’t realize she didn’t mute the phone and I over heard her telling the doctor, I’m tired of this lady, she’s arguing with me and I don’t want to deal with her”, after the doctor told her to tell me to come in and I told her that I was just in, 4 days ago, I’m in a lot of pain and I need the referral I initially came in for. I asked the lady why did she say she was tired of me, and that I wasn’t being argumentive, I only requested a fee sheet and a referral. She said she was sorry and that I needed to call back later and hung up. This is the short version of the bad experience. I still dont have a referral; it looks like Im going to have to go to the ER.

Only one doctor and he sees both children and adults. My appointment was at 1pm, its now 2:30.. Im sleepy hungry and ready to find a new doctor..
