My mom has been going to Dr. Prakash for a couple of years now and has had mostly bad experiences. She keeps giving her another chance even though I tell my mom to find another doctor. Im writing this review because my mom wont do it. Dr. Prakash makes it clear she does not care about her patients and spends as little time possible with them. Currently my mom is trying to get Dr. Prakashs office to call her back about an abnormal mammogram. Understandably, my mom is very worried about the results and is trying to get an ultrasound lined up. Every time she calls, it just goes to a generic call bank with Emory and the nurses say it is out of their hands. Its been 12 hours and no one has called her back. I hate that my mom has to go through with this every time she goes to the doctors. im going to do my best to try to get my mom to find another doctor.
