Ive been having yearly checkups for quite a few years, been to a lot of different doctors in different cities because Ive moved several times, and this was the worst experience Ive ever had with a gynecological exam. I had to wait a substantial amount of time past my appointment time to be seen. That I couldve lived with since its (unfortunately) fairly standard for any kind of medical appointment. But then the doctor was rude and dismissive, obviously in a hurry, and literally heavy-handed, taking no care at all to make the exam as painless as possible. Gynecological exams are never pleasant in the first place, so is it too much to ask that *some* amount of effort be made to avoid making it even more unpleasant? At this place, or at least with that specific doctor, apparently that is too much to ask. Even worse, I was referred there for a specific issue and needed a test run to see if it would turn out to be serious. After the typical exam, the doctor moved to leave, so I asked, "What about the test I was referred for?" The response I got? "I didnt see anything about that in your file." That was it. The doctor turned and left without another word. So, I waited forever to be treated like a nuisance, handled roughly, and have the issue I was sent there for go completely unaddressed--but I was told I could schedule another appointment. Since I wouldnt go there again if it was the only clinic within 500 miles, I found another doctor to do the test. The issue thankfully turned out to be non-serious, and at the other doctors office, I was actually treated like a human rather than an inanimate object passing by on an assembly line headed for the reject pile. Apparently other people have had better experiences with this place, but for me it was awful. Never again.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! DO NOT GO HERE! Last month i had an appt for a physical and doctor declined to pass me because she assumed I needed additional services for something that wasnt even serious. Went to get blood work done (as requested) and was told I had to see a cardiologist for "advice and opinion" ?! Why would I waste my money for ADVICE & OPINION?! A nurse told me I was allowed to decline that, so I did because the doctor had no idea what the hell she was doing. After I got my blood test done, I thought I had to see the doctor again but front desk lady (blonde hair, glasses) told me I didnt have to see her and that I only had to drop off my physical form so she could fill in whatever she needed to do, I did that..SO with that being said, I have been calling non stop for the past 3 weeks and no one calls me back. Ive gone to the clinic in person 3 times to see whats going on and the doctor "isnt there" & still "refuses to sign it" only because I didnt see a cardiologist-even though some man over the phone said if she signs my form, theyre not reliable for what happens to me because I refused to see a cardiologist. Waited 2 weeks for my paper to be signed and no call at all. When I went to pick my up my form to see if it was ready, they couldnt even find the form and was told that the doctor still refused to sign it!!!!! FIRST OF ALL, what was the whole point of me getting blood work done if NO ONE CALLS ME BACK?!?! Cant believe I have been trying to contact someone for over a month. Everything about this place is terrible. Dr. Evans and this clinic is a POS.

This clinic is TERRIBLE. I have had multiple horrible experiences here, but this recent one is by far the worst. I went into the doctor for an emergency appointment just to wait for two and a half hours and be told to take Allegra D. It wasnt my allergies at all. Then I told the doctor i was going out of town for six days and have two young children I know something is wrong. Therefore she swabbed me and let me know i would get my results the day which happened to be a Friday. Apparently the nurse couldnt get a hold of the doctor that day, but would call me first thing Monday. I went the whole weekend waiting to see what was wrong. Then I am told the doctor wasnt working Monday, but she would call me first thing Tuesday. It is Tuesday today I have been calling all day as i leave for out of town tomorrow and come to find out the doctor is out of town until the following Monday and wants to discuss my results with me herself. Now my ENTIRE family has caught what I have, including my two young children and we all dont know what is wrong. I wasted $190 on this appointment for NO reason but an extra headache. I am still sick as a dog and NO ONE in this clinic cares at all. I would rather have a $500 bill to see a doctor who actually helped me.

This is the worst clinic ive gone to dont even waste your time, like seriously im at my appointment right now it was set for 2:00 its 2:45 and there telling me my wait is gonna be atleast 40 more minutes everytime i come here my wait is more than an hour at a time, and when i finally get sent to the room im seeing for the most 5 minutes and im not exaggerating seriously just look for another place

This place sucks. Scheduled appointment at 12:30 didnt get seen until 1. I only needed a 5-test. Has to take 1/2 of my time for work. When I went back to get my results my appointment was at 1 and didnt get seen until 1:30 after I complained. Dont make appointments if you cant keep up.

This place is horrible everyone there has a bad attitude just sits there make everyone wait along time doesnt have nothing together witch is frustrating
