Dr.Alprin is an AMAZING family doctor. He truly cares for his patients he has been my Doctor for the past 11 years I wouldnt trade him for any other docter, but it is such a shame that a great man has to be represented by such a rude, uncaring, mean staff. I called in today to simply have some documents that were scanned and saved in the systems to my insurance. Jennifer quickly asked me to hold, then I was transferred to a voicemail. I was unaware that she was transferring me. I call back, Jennifer then places me on a 4min hold then the call gets "dropped". Then i was having to call back for the 3rd time of course i got Jennifer who is bottom line unprofessional, rude, and is unable to understand that the person on the other line is an actual person, I ask her 3 times who her manage was before she finally told me honestly by this point I was so upset with the service I had received. She places me on ANOTHER hold this time for 5 min. Finally I spoke to a Cindy who claimed to be the office manager , I am not sure how that is possible she seemed to have zero training in management escalations, never once did she apologize for the service I received from her staff oh wait not until I told her how she failed to hear any of my concerns or show any empathy not even sympathy she was really short rude as well then tried to patronize me with contradicting apology that I had to remind her she failed to deliver. Again the 1 star is because of the HORRIBLE staff all but the woman at the front window need to me fired and replaced with more like her.

Hard to believe that a doctors office only has one person in the billing department! I was charged for a visit which I didnt think I should have been charged for, but paid anyway. Then after contacting my insurance company, they confirmed that the visit was covered by insurance and I did not have an out of pocket expense. Ive been attempting to speak to someone in the billing office but cant get a call back, so I finally call and get the operator who says the person in the billing department will be back on June 27th. So theres no one else that can do this persons job??? What if she quits??? Then what??? So im stuck waiting for this person to come back so I can get a refund. Ill be finding a new physician to go to!

Seen the same physician for over 15 years. Followed him every time he moved. No complaints except with the billing department lately. Their new and constantly becoming more complicated computerized medical records appear to be a growing problem. Less time with physician and bills are absolutely incomprehensible. Had to go to the office to talk to the billing clerk on two occasions, and she couldnt make any sense. " If we dont charge for services, ( not rendered), we dont get paid. Last visit was for a minor issue. Despite medicare and supplemental health, bill states I wasnt eligible for coverage. !? Total bill : $141.00. Not sure I can afford to visit this office again....

This place is ridiculous, I showed up on time for my appointment. The new thing they are trying is taking a number...I have been waiting here for 30 minutes just to check in!!! Add another few minutes waiting to get called back plus another ten to be seen. I feel like Im at a deli. On the flip side the doctors are great, no complaints on my medical service. Update... the long wait times are temporary due to a new billing and check in system, they assured us it will be temporary, I hope it is as I like my doctor.
