Where do I start? On December 16th my prospective employer send me here to get a DOT drug screening and physical. I flew up to the corporate headquarters to start orientation on December 28th. On December 31st when I was to start driving my truck, they still had not received the drug screening. At 9am the safety director called the the office and asked for them to fax the results. At noon he had not received the fax. He called again. Again a women said they would fax it. I call around 3pm after not receiving the fax. The rude woman on the phone told me she would fax it after she was done with the patients she had in front of her. I had a copy of the paperwork I received after I took my urinalysis test. So I called the lab that was on the paper. The lab told me that they had been requesting for this office to resend them another copy of the paperwork because it was illegible, since December 17th. They had not heard back from that office. At that point my employer send me to a local doctors office to get my DOT physical. This is delayed me from beginning work by at least one week. I would avoid this office at all costs.

If you expect a good doctor do not go here. The service was okay. I wasnt expecting to get to see the doctor right away I knew there would be a wait. About 50 min is what I waited which isnt too bad i guess. The people were nice but if you are expecting good treatment you will not RECIEVE that here. I was diagnosed with strep throat from the doctor but All she prescribed me was antibiotics. The problem is my voice is completely gone and Im in severe pain from the strep throat and she didnt prescribe me any form of pain killers. Even I know you probably prescribe pain killers to a patient in severe pain. Like she must have not really cared about how im feeling, just curing me. Which is in my opinion bad service. She barley asked me any questions and saw me for a minute . DONT COME HERE . I cant sleep because of my pain and completely regret my choice of seeing this doctor had I known , I would have read reviews first but I just wanted to get treated fast because of how bad the strep was. Money down the drain because I wouldve received antibiotics from any doctor I had went to. Im so upset

Horrible place to try and receive treatment!!! My wife spoke to the young lady behind the front desk via telephone and was told that as long as we made it into the office before the front door was closed, she would be seen. Well, we made it before closing, about five minutes before and she was still turned away. My wife was told that the physician had other patients waiting and was not taking any more patients. So much for the Hippocratic oath. I guess this physician must be motivated by going home on time vice helping people in need. If you are a TriCare beneficiary, I would not go visit this location. Its not enough that weve fought through two wars over the last thirteen plus years, this physician has zero respect for his/her trade. UNAMERICAN!!! You, DOCTOR, do not deserve to profit from the benefits TriCare extends to true American Heros!!!

Went here for urgent care on a Thursday morning (9:30?). I had a bad ear infection. The wait was really long. I waited 2 hours to get called for vitals. Then went back to the waiting room for another 30 mins to get a room. Then another 30 mins for me to be seen by a nurse practitioner. I expected a long wait because I was a walk in. If that kind of wait is too long then you may need to look elsewhere. They even offered water and snacks while I waited in the room because of the long wait. The office visit itself was pretty quick she checked my ear and lungs then she told me about the medicine side effects then we could have waited for a summary of the visit but the guy at the desk said we could just leave. We did. I was done with waiting. :D One star off because my meds were sent to the wrong pharmacy.

Totally horrible! Im in the process of filing a discrimination case against the male Dr. as we speak. Totally abusing his authority. On a DOT form I mis read and input something wrong and went and did everything that was asked and the 2nd dr. I had to go see didnt check 3 boxes but explained on 2nd page what was not checked so I was told to go get him to check the forgotten boxes. I it was ridiculous and in front of the whole waiting area was yelled at and told to leave his clinic. Still went back to dr. 2 to check the boxes and returned the 3rd time. Said it was OK but now wants the company to send another authorization. .....straight up ridiculous, in all my years as a commercial driver I have never had such trouble nor attitude. Never again

Needed care for a painful sore throat and ear ache on the day after Christmas. Called ahead to verify my insurance and checked around at different locations for their wait times. From the time I got there, I waited about 20 minutes to be seen. The lady who took my vitals and labs was understanding and efficient. After about another 20 minute wait for the lab results, the doctor was able to diagnose with tonsillitis and prescribe antibiotics and pain medication that I was able to pick up at the pharmacy that day. In less than 24 hours, I was feeling almost back to normal. This is the purpose for urgent care clinics, so I really appreciate their care to get me feeling well again!

This was the worst experience I have ever had in a doctor. The quack "PA" (piss ass) that saw me diagnosed me with an upper respiratory infection and then told me to switch from Zyrtec to Zyrtec D and from Musinex to Musinex D. Um...HELLO!!! Its an infection!! That requires an antibiotic. No medicine was prescribed and then they worst of it the quack "doctor," and I use the term doctor loosely, signed off on it. This place is full of idiots that obviously got their licence to practice medicine out of a cracker jack box. Then they expect me to pay them for the visit. Not happening. Will never, ever go there again.
