If you are Caucasian and speak English do not go here. After arriving on a Friday afternoon I was there at 1:20 for my 1:45 appointment. It was slow and only three or four families in the lobby. People came upwards to an hour after I had been there and still got seen before I did, as long as you went to the front desk and spoke Spanish. I was the very last person at 3:10 in the lobby. I estimate about 7 to 8 hispanic families were seen before me, after arriving much later than I. I left the clinic, and went as a walk-in at Bandera Health and was given the vaccine in less than 10 minutes.

This is one of the worst university clinics I have ever been to! I didnt get seen until 2 1/2 hours AFTER my appointment time! VERY frustrating! If you dont mind spending half your day in a noisy clinic, this is the place for you!

Worst Clinic Ive been to. Ive been waiting on lab results for almost 4 weeks now. And still cant get none of my results. I would suggest a different clinic to anyone!
