I cant really rate the doctor (Regina Lee), as Ive never met her. Ive been to this office about 4 or 5 times. Each time Im seen by the PA (no offense to Laura Sinclair, she was great!). However, I really think EVERY new patient should get to meet with the doctor at least on their initial visit to the office. Ive never had a problem with the nursing staff or the reception staff. Theyve been very polite. Im not sure what the problem is, but this Summer I came in for a physical/blood work. It took 6 weeks to call me back with the results. They asked me to come back for some follow up blood work. When I came in I waited about 40 minutes (always a long wait here) because they couldnt find my lab results and didnt know why I was there. Finally got my blood drawn again. It has now been a month since I went back and no one has called with the results. I called just now and was told the doctor just needed to review the results. I asked "how much longer will that be" because its already been a month. I was placed on hold and someone else came on the line (very nice woman trying to be helpful), she looked at the results and said they appear to be normal, but would confer with the doctor to be sure. I just dont understand why it takes soooo long to get blood work results. They have a patient portal where you should be able to view these results, but even the first round of labs are not posted on there. Again, Im really not sure what the problem is but I couldnt in good conscience recommend this office to new patients.

This office has gotten worse and worse.. Unless you like scheduling things and them not being whats said to you over the phone so you show up for no reason or asking to cancel an apt and it never being done then this is the office for you. The front desk cant get anything right, frustrating to be given the run around and take time out of work for an apt that was supposed to be scheduled but wasnt and then to be told o sorry nothing we can do for you. BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE... Esquivel is amazing but the office members/front desk people cant get anything right. And dont expect a call back... I have left messages for call backs and never get them either. And when you check out dont be surprised if you get a rude person.. like you are troubling them for a damm back to school note... Its gotten ridiculous at this office. I used to go to urgent care just so I wouldnt have to deal with the people in this office. Now its just time to find a new doctor all together.. .. Normally I dont rate online, but for this Ill make an exception. Ive been seeing Dr. Lee who is great IF (emphasis here) you can get an appointment. The downfall of this place is the administrative staff. I have had to drive over to the place twice just to get an appointment and today was the deal breaker. If you call most of the time you dont get through and when I leave a message I have to wait hours to get a call back. Today I missed the call and could not get through again. Spoke to the office manager who just went through the semantics of how the phone system should work and refused to make an exception to see the Dr even though I stated I have strep. Every time I arrive here I see individuals complaining and after the last patient they laughed and made fun of her after she left. To summarize, Ill be looking for a better place to visit and I suggest you do the same.

I been with Dr. Esquivel since she first opened her practice. She has saved my life. HER staff is amazing that I have dealt with. Her nurses are amazingly helpful and treat us like family. Very attentive to our needs and make us feel very important. The office also sees my Mom and my Autistic Daughter. I couldnt imagine going anywhere else. I think theres nothing better but Nurses she has. Dr. Esquivel has done everything right in my eyes. My family & I couldnt imagine again going anywhere else. Because of Dr. E, I have dropped 250 pounds and became a fitness instructor. I teach BODYCOMBAT & BODYPUMP at the YMCA here in San Antonio. Thank you again Dr. E & the wonderful Nurses at Westover Hills. We adore you guys.

The doctors are fine the the front desk people some of them are rude. Theres been multiple times that I would have to call because they messed something up. First it was getting the papers to get an MRI or some sort of scan. Then it was getting them to send papers so I can see a specialist. I dont think there was ever a time I was just able to call once and get things done. The thing that bugs me the most is that even when they make a mistake they are still rude and acting like they could care less. Im not by any means a mean person but after the 3rd or 4th time calling for the same thing it starts to grind my gears a little.

I have been blessed with a wonder doctor! Dr. Regenia Lee and Barbara, her assistant, are a blessing in disguise. I just love them both for taking care of me. They treat their patients with the ultimate of respect. Dr. Lee takes the time to explain each step to you until you understand. Dr. Lee and Barbara works as a team. I would recommend them to everyone. I am a seventy one year old patients who has never had a doctor like this before! She is wonderful! I wish everyone could experience such a loving, caring, and pleasant doctor when you are sick. Please try Dr. Lee, She is the best!!

Dr. Esquivel was the first family doc I had once leaving the military. That first appointment blew my mind! In and out, with meds picked up from the pharmacy in under and hour! Her line has gotten longer, as more people discover her and her staff, but the care remains excellent. They listen to you - really listen to your thoughts and observations. Everyone has been kind, courteous and outright friendly on the entire staff. Going to the doc is never fun, but this doc and staff make it as close toa pleasure as its gonna get!

This place does not care about their patients. It took weeks to get results of routine blood work AFTER I had to bug them about it. They then said I needed follow up work and told me to just stop in anytime. Well, I did exactly what they told me and now they cant do bloodwork as I am supposed to be fasting which they specifically told me I did NOT have to do. Now I am an hour into wasting my time and still waiting to get helped on this. I would not only NOT recommend this place, I will tell people to NOT come here.

Appt never on time, used Wikipedia to diagnose, and never saw a doctor (nurse only). Twice my wife and visited this practice. Neither time have we seen a Dr it has always been a nuse only. their diagnosis utilized surfing Wikipedia in front of us. And despite scheduling appointments weeks in advance they made us wait more than 45 in the waiting room followed by further wait in the exam room. Dont literally waste your time.
