I went here for 3 different ultra sounds during spring break. I called Tuesday and was able to get an appointment by Wednesday at 1pm which was great! Finding it was a little hard as the sign was kinda small buts its easy enough, and the paper work you fill out inside is only 2pages plus I only had to wait maybe 15mim :) so it was all very quick which was nice. The lady that I saw was so friendly it was as if I already knew her she explained all the stuff she was going to do and made me feel really comfortable. Overall I can say that I had a really great experience here and Id definitely go here again if needed 10/10!!

I wouldnt even give a one. If you dont like doing customer service especially scheduling this isnt the job for you. I called for a bilateral mammogram and Im 35. The older lady was so dam rude like I asked for the mammogram like chill out its scary enough but to have to schedule and talk to a rude ass lady...no thanks. Now I understand these reviews, your making your doctors lose business. Wonder if they know

Girls are very rude. They dont care if you are fluent or not in Spanish. My mom had this one girl who kept telling my mom she had to fill out the paperwork. I asked the girls if they had them in Spanish and they stated no. The girl who was rude stated we are in AMERICA UM NO WE DONT HAVE IT IN SPANISH.

Couldnt even get an appointment. Staff was so rude after 45 minutes of going back and forth with Brenda up front we left for another facility
