It was my first time to this dentist. I was so happy to try this dentist. Everyone was nice. Except for the end when they wanted to take my 3 year old to the back by herself. I asked if one parent could go because I knew she would be uncomfortable with strangers. I also felt uncomfortable with that idea. The worker refused to even ask the dentist if I could. She just laughed and said NO its policy. I told her what if my daughter cries or gets hurt while she is alone and the parents cant hear? AGAIN she smiled and laughed. Who does that? Especially when it comes to a 3 year old girl under laughing Gas with a bunch of strangers. How disgusted I was. There are a lot of stories with this same situations and Im not willing to take that chance with these strangers who think they can be alone with my Daughter after a few minutes after meeting my family. I asked to talk to the dentist and she said "call him and they will get back to you when they have time to talk to you." Really? Sounds like taking kids to the back alone is fun and enjoys hiding stuff from the parents. I dont feel safe there espesically if they are just going to laugh off my concerns. There is no contact information to get the owners personally. The only way is though front desk. How is that ok when the front desk is the problem.

Very impressed with Avion Dental. This facility is super clean and pleasing to the eye! They had so many fun games kids of all ages can enjoy. Having all the electronics really helped keep my kids occupied while waiting. It also lessens the fear factor that some kids may have (like mine) on going to the dentist. Staff was incredible, super patient and kind they really made it easy for my kids to feel comfortable and have a pleasant experience. Our dentist experience was very professional he answered all my questions and was very patient with my terrified child, what I like most was that he didnt scold me or make me feel like my visit was a waste of time. Overall loved Avion Dental seriously deserve more stars!!!

We had our first appointment here at Avion Dental and the entire experience was impressive. When we opened the door it was if we entered a fun park. There is entertainment everywhere. The Doctor came in say my two daughters explained what he saw and then the cleaning was ten minutes later. My daughters 10 and 13 enjoyed the entire experience. I would recommend this office to anyone with or without kids. The service and atmosphere is wonderful.

Staff was very nice! But I was charged for a cleaning and floride treatment which they did not do! They literally examined her teeth for about 1 minute! And referred her out, thats it! When I took her to the other dentist they couldnt complete a cleaning because I was already charged for one at AVION DENTAL! I ended up paying oop for her cleaning!

This is an awesome and amazing place to take your kids they have entertainment for the kids and they do very well with my kids everytime they are very courteous and respectful from the time you walk in to the time you leave and I would recommend everyone use this dentist office the staff are amazing and so are the dentist

Love this place!! Had the best experience here with my kids!! The games and movie theater definitely made it more comfortable and fun for the kids. The staff was super friendly and nice! The doctors were super helpful and nice to the kids! Definitely recommend this office!!

I took my daughter, niece and nephew to Avion. The front desk staff, Dylan,was friendly and courteous.Avion wasnt just awesome it was also very clean. All three kids loved it there. They were seen quickly and left with a smile and some awesome prizes. Thank you.

Office is a great atmosphere, staff are very welcoming and Dr. Is wonderful and explains everything while he is doing the procedure. Definitely recommend especially for young ones they will be entertained and feel comfortable.
