Update- 4-22-16 We went here again because of the puppy coupon for a free wellness checkup. We were the only ones there, one person it one of the three room and they were not busy but we still waited an hour to be seen. One the other people left it took about 15 mins to be seen. They did not clean the room and there was hair everywhere and my puppy was hacking the hair up. The vet didnt give me time to ask question and quickly went into the spill of there puppy wellness package. My puppy was just fix and her stitches where irritated when we left the shelter, she quick told us about what needs to be done. I almost didnt get a chance to tell her that the shelter would fix any problem the first week we got her. This is a business that seems to care about money and not so much about pets. If you like it fine, but be a bit wary. 08-?-15 My puppy was pretty sick and we didnt know what to do. Banfield was right down the street and we decided to take him there. They made us wait more then 30 minutes while our dog is puking in our laps to tell us that they cant take him and that they are appointment only. We were at a lose of what to do. They were no help and didnt care that the dog was in discomfort. It was hours before they even closed. which was about 4. Luckly we called another vet and they told us to come on over. They saved his life and told us that if we waited any longer our little guy wouldnt of made it. I was shocked by the treatment because Ive heard nothing but good things about Banfield. Will never go again.

Our dog has been here before and we always wondered why this place cost so much. After the last emergency visit for our dog we will never go here or even shop at pet-smart again. We dropped her off around 10am and was told to give them a couple hours and they would call us. Six hours later with no phone call we followed up to be told over the phone she needed X-rays and its a tooth causing all her pain... I understand healthy teeth is important but when they requested over $500 just for X-rays we knew this was a scam. Keep in mind we waited six hours worried about her with no phone call and by this time its too late to take her somewhere else that afternoon. We decided to pick her up and when we mentioned that they freaked out and said she wasnt ready?... Youve had her six hours, shes not in surgery and your waiting to tell us your scam before conducting any medical treatment.... No we are picking her up now. Charged us $400 for blood work and antibiotics, really? Took her to our usual vet in mount Juliet "Countryside Animal" and its not even her teeth... Wow badfield your a con artist! She is doing better now and hope all you really research this clinic for your loved ones. Highly recommend Countryside and we were only charged $180 for same treatment.

I had the WORST experience at this place today (11/24/2016) Called at 4pm with an emergency with my dog and was told (by a gentleman) if I could be there by 4:30pm he could be seen. We walked in the door and was immediately "greeted" by a heavy set witch from hell. Who told me that seeing it was not an emergency they couldnt see him. Mind you I was just told if i was there by a certain time, he would be seen. She was extremely rude and unprofessional to the point to where I was speaking with a vet tech who was eager and will to assist even told this heavy set lady that they had cancellations and could fit us in...as i kept speaking to the nice vet tech this fat !@#$ kept interrupting us telling me they were not going to see my dog. I asked for the manager and how convenient of her not to be there. I will be calling the BBB and the district manager and who ever else i can find to talk to tomorrow. When we made to to Nashville Pet Emergency down the road and told them of our experience they said they get nothing but nasty complaints about the people who work at this location.

This place is the biggest scam i have ever seen! They will tell you one price over the phone but after services are given charge you way more than what they said so they can try to get you to sign up for the insurance plan that will give you a discount today on their inflated costs but over the year cost over 600 dollars. They messed up our service also and tried to give our dog an extra set of shots, so they could inflate the so called saveings provided by their insurance plan. I will never go back I feel as though I have been swindled and taken advantage of by people who are supposed to be professionals.

The Banfield team is amazing! My dog loves everyone there and they always take great care of him. Their wellness plans are affordable and allow me to manage the inevitable repercussions of owning an energetic boxer puppy. In addition, I had to make the tough choice to put my cat down after the quick onset of a terminal disease. They bumped my appointment up, quickly came up with a diagnosis, and held my hand both figuratively and literally though the process of saying goodbye. I have never experienced a vet that better cares for my furry babies!

We love the people at Banfield, but more importantly our dogs do! Josh and Pat (Vet techs) are amazing to deal with. One of our dogs has terrible allergies. They have been thorough and compassionate while treating him. Frankly I think the Wellness plans are a great deal. I would much rather pay a small monthly fee to know my dog can have unlimited office visits, x-rays, immunizations, etc. than be hit with a huge Vet bill if he gets sick or hurt.

Banfield in Madison, TN is absolutely amazing. They make me and my babies feel loved and important. My 3 babies have been on the Wellness Plans for 5 years and I have never had a bad experience. My dogs get amazing preventative care since I can make monthly payments. Really not sure whats up with all the negativity. Ive had nothing but awesome experiences with Dr. Mullins and her team.

I have never had any complaints with everyone who works here. I have moved to Portland tn and because of how much we love taking our fur babies here we still continue to take them here. The staff is amazing
