I went in to have my upper denture repaired, which was done satisfactorily and they decided I should have a new one made, that was the end of satisfactorily service. I felt like I was being worked on by trainees. The girl that done my impression was too busy running her mouth and not paying any attention to what she was doing. She pulled out the impression plate and walked off and left a big glob of clay in my mouth, I took it out and ask her what she wanted to do with this, she responded oh did I leave that in there and laugh. I reported that to the dentist who had no concern. Everything was down hill from there, I selected the best denture that they listed. I have returned several times for them to try to make the denture fit with no results. Im tired of going back and having a different trainee sticking their fingers in my mouth. The dentist has tried several times also with no good results. The denture does not fit, I cant talk right with it in, and I cant chew with it. Thank God I still have my old denture, I am just tired of going back with the same results. Wasted time and wasted money.

So, I had a tooth pulled on Wednesday, November 5th by my established Dentist..by Friday, November 7th I had developed a dry socket. I tried to get in touch with my Dentist and she closes at 1pm on Fridays and is not open on Saturdays. My husband made a phone call to Aspen Dental to see if there was an office open that I could visit and the Customer Service associate directed us to our local Aspen Dental and made an appointment for me to be seen at 8:45. I arrived and was seen by Dr. Leickly and his assistant Whitney. They both took very good care of me and put the medicated packing in my extraction site. Upon leaving I was told that there would be no charge for the service provided...they didnt even bill my Insurance Company for the visit. I expressed my gratitude and have essentially been pain free since then. I have decided to transfer my business to Aspen Dental and will not be returning to my current Dentist. Dr. Leickly and Whitney were amazing, as well as the receptionist that greeted me when I arrived. Thank you Aspen Dental for caring enough to take care of me. Sincerely Sherry Rains

I was looking for a new dentist office and saw that Aspen Dental was offering a free exam and xrays to new patients without dental insurance, so I decided to try them. The staff was very friendly. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of inquiring about one and when I arrived, I did not have to wait at all. I was taken right back for my xrays and everything was done very efficiently and thoroughly. The dentist was very friendly and informative. The business manager was very helpful in figuring out my dental savings plan. Even though I had not scheduled a cleaning appointment, they had an opening and were able to go ahead and do my cleaning the same day as the exam and xrays. I was very happy with the care I received at Aspen Dental and will be returning for additional dental work that I need and scheduling my children and husband for exam and cleaning appointments as well.

Well, everything was going well when I first arrived. However. They failed to mention a fee that would have to be paid when I got there. They also failed to run my insurance to make sure that it was good and up to date. Turns out it hadnt kicked in so I got charged a fee that I should not have been charged. Once again I will reiterate the fact that I was charged a fee that I was unaware I was going to be charged because they did not tell me when I got there and they didnt run my insurance until after I was in the chair. If I had know I would not have had it done. Please make sure to have them run your insurance and make sure that everything is properly done. As well, as making sure that they tell you what it will cost at the beginning so that you dont end up with a fee that you can not afford.

I have had very good service from Aspen Dental here in my hometown of Anderson, Indiana. All of the staff have been very friendly, understanding & non-judgmental. I got teeth extracted and had partials, which can be very frightening. When I had a "panic-attack" on the day of the extraction, they were very sympathetic & let me re-schedule my appointment. When I finally had the work done, the dentist & staff were once again, very friendly & understanding. Also, they have never tried to pressure me into anything I did not want to do. I plan on going back to this place for the rest of my treatments. Overall, Im glad I found this place & I highly recommend it to anyone who is fearful of dentists!

I called early in the week for a Saturday appointment and they were able to meet my needs. Also was able to clean my teeth went I went in for a pain visit. Now, I am not impressed with the dentist. He spent about 2 minutes talking to me, didnt really explain what it was and said the office mgr would explain options. I waiting longer on the office mgr than I did for my cleaning and X-rays. As for her explaining to me, I got 3 print outs with different prices and no explanation as to the variation in pricing. Im still not exactly sure what is causing my problem.

My life was over yesterday, I thought! My sons dog got ahold of my dentures and ate away a huge portion. Can you imagine my horror? I am a high school English Teacher and my smile is very important to me. How can I face my students? Well, there are Angels in the Anderson Aspen Dental. Dr. Desai, Whitney, and Michael were able to get me into the office early in the morning and literally rebuild the base of my dentures. I can smile again. There are no words or enough candy to express my gratitude to the staff at Anderson Aspen Dental. Smile!!!!!!!!

They were a very awful corporate crap business that only wants your money. I went in for one simple thing, but they tried to add on a million things they wanted to do. Including a $130.00 toothbrush. They wouldnt focus on the sole reason I was there, which was very upsetting. I guess Ill go there again if I want to get mad enough to punch someone. Stay away from the franchise businesses like that, I promise they will never care about you. Robert Loudermilk on 8th street is seriously amazing. Dont waste your time with ASSPIN.

Overall a good place to get work done. Very modern and they have lots of rotating staff which is great for getting an appointment but takes away from the personal touch. It does seem to cost more here than at other dentists in my experience, but Ive not drawn solid conclusions on that yet. Because of their high volume they do make the occasional insurance or scheduling mistake but they have always been willing to make things right in the end.
