I went here a few years ago and still get angry about my experience. While everyone treated me well, this was my first time going to dentist as an adult and I had no idea what it costs. The guy doing their billing ran me through it quickly so I could get to the cleaning. Do the cleaning, get my toothbrush which turns out to be an electric one. They show me how to use it (so now I cant return it) and only when I get home do I realize the $200 wasnt for the cleaning and exam (the codes on the bill were hard to understand), but for the toothbrush. Apparently my insurance covered the full cost of the actual dentisting and they pushed a $200 toothbrush on me without telling me that I didnt want and never used. I emailed customer service about my experience and never heard back. They didnt just make me want to avoid Aspen Dental I dont want to go see a dentist again.

My name is Darlene Jenkins, my surgery was March 5. During my consultation the office manager was wonderful she listened to my story, she even cried with me. She helped me to get the best denture for the money i had so i ended up with one of the best sets they have, i am very happy with them so far. the day of my surgery i really wanted to be put out but i wanted to use all the money i could toward my dentures to get the best i could, the nurse and the dentist helped me through it i hardly felt a thing and they kept me very calm the atmosphere was wonderful and so far i have only had my first lining and they have been very helpful and gave me all the info i need to ensure a quick and easy recovery, I truly thank Aspen for changing my life

Dental service was ok. People were friendly. Waited for quite a long time one visit. After it was done they insisted that my insurance company had not paid for their portion and kept sending me bills. I called them repeatedly and explained to them that insurance had paid and gave them a confirmation number but it didnt end there. After about six phone conversations I had to physically go in and explain to them the situation. I found out later (upon going to another dentist) that the procedure they were stating my wife needed would have been a bad idea. I can only describe this place as the Walmart of dentistry. You get what you pay for.

Friendly staff however their pricing is through the friggin roof!!!!!!! $11,000 all I asked for was a price on scaling and planing for periodontal and giving me an $11,000 quote makes me feel like I should just let them fall out of my face!!!!! If I truly honestly needed $11,000 in work wouldnt recommending extractions and dentures be more sufficient??? I feel like its all about making high dollar bills and trying to get people To open a care credit card in which they probably get a kickback for every line of credit opened. Get a second opinion because I did and Ill be saving $8500 getting cavities filled and taking care of my periodontal.

Dont fall in their trap. Unethical! Unethical! They charge you for something (like toothbrush, rinse etc.) without letting you know. They make you pay in advance. They tell you your insurance is going to cover xyz amount and then after few weeks you get rejection from insurance and then you pay from your own pocket. I had to argue with them several times to get my refund. I finally found another doctor for my treatment. Worst place ever. I got my appointment for my normal cleaning, they did not do it and without doing it they charged me for many extra things which was not required.

My first two times going to Aspen were very good experiences, however this time was not as pleasant. I waited 1hr and 10min before seeing the doctor, to which he spent less than two minutes examining my problem tooth. He then said that I must schedule another appointment to have the tooth fixed. The office manager was very helpful though, so the appointment ended fairly well, but Im left to consider if Id actually like to return for the upcoming appointment or if Id be better off searching for a different dentist to do the work.

I was looking for a local dentist, and with the office right next to my office building, the choice was fairly simple to make. I am treated with courtesy and professionalism. I received fillings on 3 cavities, as well as periodontic antibiotics and 5 extractions (including all 4 wisdom teeth). The surgery went well and I did not experience any discomfort post op, much to my dismay. My only qualm might be the price tag associated with the service, but the quality did reflect the cost.

Absolutely AWFUL. Had four wisdom teeth removed ELEVEN days ago, and Ive had to go BACK FOUR separate times, one of those 4 times I had an appointment at 5:30. Got there at 5:20, waited until 6:30 before I left without being seen. While waiting I had no explanation as to why until I was going out the door. Today is day ELEVEN of pure hell in pain. They have ruined the dentist experience for me. Never again will I go back. Looking for a new dentist as we speak.

This is a great clinic & i have to say..thats saying a ton: I literally hate going to the dentist. This clinic understands my complete apprehension & explain everything & are so kind, in doing so. My husband & i have had great care..so far & are very happy, with our care & all of the people there. I heard about this office from my daughter and they offer free xrays and exam. I enjoyed my new patient exam here. They took a complete series of xrays to check all my teeth, checked my gum tissue heath, and did full dental exam. The office manager works with you on payment options and the staff is very kind and informative. Very pleased with my first appointment and will be back for my first step of treatment soon.

They need more dentists as it fells like an assembly line. I was not impressed with the business manager as although I am a new patient and needed a crown glued back, she told me that I would have to make a separate appointment. Once the dentist agreed to perform the needed procedure. I was allowed to sit back in the chair. Not impressed.

Staff were efficient and kind. I was reminded of the appointment 3 times. I had a crown glued back on. It did take a week to get in, and I was frustrated because neither the Dentist nor the assistant removed the excess glue. I had to chip and floss it off myself. Pieces were sharp so Im glad I didnt swallow any.

This place is friendly and helpful and with in reason of coast for ppl without insurance plus ur first exam is free which is jus awesome anyway bc u can totally get a estimate first and than save if u have to to get the work done that u need! I totally recommend this place if ur looking for a wonderful Dentist...
