Incredibly disappointed and bordering on anger. I had a filling fall out Tuesday morning. Its a big one on the front tooth. It affects my speech, as I am a professional broadcaster, plus, it was starting to hurt. I stop by the office, as I am a current patient and I work right across the road. They schedule an appointment for me for the following day, which Im grateful for. The dentist sees me, points out a few other cavities that should be filled. Moments later, after getting x-Rays, the dentist comes in and says that the office is about to close for the day, so Ill have to come back another time. Then why did you schedule me to come in when you did? I made it CLEAR what the problem was. The dentist then suggests a course of action that leaves out the very reason I was there until months down the road! I stop her and remind her of the hole in my front tooth and that I need it fixed ASAP. "Oh, okay," she says. She then try me that I need a cap, as a filling was not possible. The dentist then asked me if I need to get prices for the work she says I need done, as I need to pay cash. "No," I replied. I have a 20-percent co-pay, plus my deductible. Last time I was there two-years ago to get a few fillings (including the one that fell out on Tuesday that they now want to cap), I paid my 20-percent, plus office visit. Within a month, I received a check from my insurance company to pay the balance. While Im telling this to the dentist, I see in the mirror that the dental assistant is shaking her head "no" like Im making it up. So, that adds to the frustration. Eventually, I get up front to the cashier who tells me that I have to pay for everything up front. The cost for one cap and fillings on four teeth, nearly $2,100. So, in summary, I was given an appointment and told that I had to leave b/c it was almost closing time (Ive NEVER heard of ANY healthcare provider telling that to a patient, ESPECIALLY when THEY were the ones who set-up the appointment!) - It felt like they were treating me like a liar and a scammer; - The very issue I went in for was not important to them; - Why cant you give me two-weeks to pay the balance when the insurance pays-up like last time? I pay my bills, you know where I work and I cant afford getting the reputation of a deadbeat. Youll get your $$$! - They seemed annoyed that I was even there and they wanted me gone ASAP. This whole episode has really shook me. They KNOW that I have to be able to talk to do my job! The thing is, they were really good last time I went in. Thats why I gave them two stars instead of one. I dont know what happened. So now Im in a rush to find a dentist who can help me before things get so bad that I am unable to do my job. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but I cant imagine that other patients have similar issues. Im really angry that I wasted two days when Im going to have to find another dentist to help me. I just hope I find someone before I can no longer do my job.

I rate this dental office and staff with the highest rating. Doctor and her staff are very friendly, courteous and want to make sure their patients are very comfortable. Reasonable prices. I was given an appointment almost immediately and Dr. Morin was very "hands on". She did not expect her assistant to do the all the work, instead she was right by my side in doing and making sure all was done correctly and fit comfortably. I will recommend this office to my friends. Keep up the good work!!!

The office is just gorgeous and pristine. The staff from check in to check out were just amazing and extremely professional and friendly!! Dr Clock very nice is so down to earth he makes you feel very comfortable and takes the time to thoroughly explain your treatment plan (if needed ). He really seems to care about his patients! I felt so comfortable during my visit and left feeling satisfied! I would recommend this practice to everyone!!!

Today was my first visit as a new patient at Tipton Park Dentistry. The staff and Dr. Clock were all fantastic. Jan was careful and considerate as she cleaned my teeth. Dr. Clock took the time to talk with me about my teeth and provided options and recommendations. Katie checked me out and was very pleasant. This was by the best dental visit I have ever had! I am looking forward to taking my son to the office for his first dental visit.
