I havent been to the dentist in years and was a little nervous going and learning all the things wrong with my teeth. I chose new pal gentle dentist based on a recommendation and an in-house care plan to help save on cleanings and costs. I listed all the concerns I had (the way they looked, gum health, movement/ teeth feeling loose, cracks). Each concern was directly addressed and explained by the dentist and hygienist. I did not feel pressured to receive unnecessary treatment, and I was informed of treatment options, including low cost options. Everybody was polite and friendly, my appointment was on time, and there wasnt any waiting between the assistant, hygienist and dentist. Overall, what I liked most was being informed of all my options.

We had an emergency come up & had to cancel an appointment. My wife was berated by the office manager & told that she was basically a terrible person for "wasting the dentists time." Im amazed they are in business.
