Durbin Dental provides a professional environment while simultaneously providing fun for its patients. The music is new and radio edited, or its your favorite holiday music for that time of the year! The girls are absolutely amazing at making you feel at home and having conversations with you however casual or professional. Maria is a saint and will always go above and beyond to do what she can for you. She provides her personal cell number to clients and insists that you contact her with any questions you may have. Connie is great at contacting your insurance company and squeezing all the benefits she can for whatever dental work you need! And we all know how tricky insurance can be sometimes! Hey, everyone hates going to the dentist, but this environment makes you feel warm and happy the whole time. Its excellent to feel so invited and comfortable where most do not. Dr. Durbin is a very friendly and straightforward man. He will always do what is best for you and can refer you elsewhere for other work--if that is what is necessary. He does a lot in his practice and excels in all that he does. This team is the best! If you are new in town or are looking for a better dentist, Doctor Durbin is the one for you!

As a young man who has been going to Durbin Dental for sixteen of his eighteen years, I can safely say that the five stars above this haphazardly written paragraph are well-deserved. The particular incident which prompted this review was the extraction of my wisdom teeth. Now, I had never had surgery, oral or otherwise, so going in I was terribly nervous. This was in part because whenever I would mention having my wisdom teeth out, I would be regaled with tales of long recovery fraught with pain. This was not at all my experience at Durbin Dental. A day before the procedure, Dr. Durbins assistant, Maria, walked my grandmother and I through the steps necessary to ensure a quick and successful recovery. These instructions in conjunction with the expert dentistry practiced by Dr. Durbin and his staff had me up and active within a few hours following the procedure. I experienced little to no pain following the extraction and returned to work a few days later. And to top it all off, Maria called and texted just to make sure my recovery was going smoothly. Maria and Dr. Durbin always make me feel at home and I cant recommend this place enough!

have never been to a dentists office that was as professional or friendly as Dr. Durbins office. The entire staff is friendly and caring from the moment you walk through the front door. The office is clean and bright and you are set at ease from the moment you step foot in the office. Dr. Durbin and his staff are top notch and so caring and compassionate. They listened to my concerns and my worries and did everything that they could to make sure that I was happy and left the office satisfied, which I did. I felt like I mattered and I wasnt just being run in and run out so another patient could be seen like my last dentist. I felt like I was taken care of from start to finish. I can honestly say that I have never been treated as well as I was treated at any medical facility like i was at Dr.Durbins office. I will definitely continue to use him as my dentist and I will also recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist. Dr. Durbin and his staff are phenomenal!

Dr. Durbin is the best! His staff is amazing. They go above and beyond to be sure that you are comfortable. The entire staff is polite and friendly, not only to the patient but to one another as well. His office has a cheerful and relaxing environment. If you have dental anxiety, Dr. Durbin and his staff are very sensitive to your needs. My six year old daughter is excited to go to the dentist and my three year old son is looking forward to his first cleaning. The environment is very patient-centered. I noticed that there were no side-conversations between staff as I have experienced in other offices. Every time I visit the office, I have a great experience. Dr. Durbin and his staff take the time to be sure that the work is done correctly. My family and I appreciate the work and that has been put into creating the positive, comfortable atmosphere in the office and are patients of Dr. Durbins for life.

My family and I started going to Durbin Dental since circa 2006 or 2007. Initially we stayed with Dr. Durbin because he seemed like an exceptional dentist with great expertise and a good natured. In March 2013 that changed. First, my father had an altercation because the receptionist was very rude and she said that she acted like that because shes from Chicago and thats the way people act there. What a sorry excuse. The following visit my mother and I received the worst looks from the dentist and his assistant and his demeanor was that of a dentist who was uninterested in dealing with us even though we HAVE dental insurance and we have always paid any portion NOT covered by our insurance. It was the worst experience and at that point we left and took our business elsewhere, where we are appreciated and treated with respect.

Durbin Dental has been one of the most heart warming places I ever visted in my 28 years of life. The staff from the moment you walk in are so welcoming and caring. Greeting you as if you belong or as if you were one of their long time patients. To top it off the office is beautiful and comfortable, and the staff will go an extra mile to make sure you feel that way. There are tvs in the rooms and they change it to a program that you perfer... How cool is that!!. The treatment is excellent. Their staff knows, listens and explains how they can help and my family is so blessed to have found them. I recommend them to any and all, Adult or small, My child loved them as well as I. Sooo Caring!!! I cant stress that enough. Look no further if your searching for Great dentist in KY.

Dr. Durbins work is excellent. He takes a serious approach to do everything correct. If you are not sore and bruised from the dental work, you will be from the scanning. His office has the newer technology of scanning your teeth for a crown instead of taking a mold. The camera used for the scanning is huge. They have to pull your mouth way open, pull your cheek way out, and pull your tongue way sideways to get the camera in place to do the scans. Note, there are several scans that have to be done. Before the next scan is done the first scan is checked. This results in your mouth being manipulated several times before all scans are complete. Now you know why it is stated, "If you are not sore and bruised from the dental work, you will be from the scanning."

I was really scared, but Dr. Durbin and his wonderful staff was amazing!!! They are compassionate, caring, patience, easy to work with people. If you have had a bad experience with a dentist or your just plain scared like I am, these people are really good to work with. I had a lot of work done at once and was terrified. Dr. Durbin was amazing at making sure I comfortable during the procedure, he and his staff work at YOUR comfort level and do amazing work. If you can just handle the shots then thats what they do, but if you need complete oral sedation like I do then they can take care of you as well. They have a customer for life, I would not trust my teeth to anyone else!!!!
