Doctor Hailey is wonderful, experienced, and kind. She was patient with my very scared child and explained her medical needs very well. However, her office workers were so cruel to me over the phone they brought me to tears. They were frustrating and rude. They also dont have very good communication for the procedures, as they scheduled my daughters surgery 2 months in advance and the hospital scheduled over this operation time anyway. They need to work out the communication so that that doesnt ever happen again, especially days before an operation. People have jobs, and people have to plan for all day procedures. It was very inconvenient. Again the doctor is great, but the office and corresponding hospital have some serious issues to work out.

We have had 2 visits and my fearless 3 year old daughter LOVES the dentist. I feel this is mostly due to the caring and loving dentist and staff. First visit was a cleaning and by the 2nd visit for cavities she went back on her own while I waited in the lobby. I think I was more worried than her, and she still did awesome. I would have liked to have been with her, but obviously they explained things and handled her well enough for her to still have no fear. The waiting room is SUPER kid friendly with movies playing on tv and plenty of toys to keep young ones occupied. Im excited for our future with them and for my son to experience dentistry with them.

Highly recommend this dentist. Apparently they took over Dr. Zaharakos old office and have a office that can see al patines, before it was only children. My experience was different as I have an autistic child which needs a specialist for the proper care. I was not sure about changing dentists but now that they can see children and adults, I have them a try. I am very glad I did, they are vey good with my son and the new adult dental side made me feel very welcome and comfortable. That is not to say that my old dentist was not good, but I like being able to take my child to a specialist and to be able to be seen myself right next door on the same day.

GREAT PEDIATRIC DENTIST!! Dr. Pavlov and staff have been taking care of our girls for years now, and wouldnt think about taking them anywhere else. There is a real family feel in the office, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality pediatric care.

Awesome service I was very satisfied, Every thing that was performed was explained fully and I was made to feel very comfortable and I do not like going to the dentist office at all. I would highly recommend this practice
