This is the first time I have EVER written a negative review about any company/facility. I have been going to this dentist (same location) for over 5 years. For some reason, over the past 2 years they have been declining in customer satisfaction, not sure if that is due to lack of management or whatever the case is. Every time I call or go for a visit, I leave with a HUGE headache because they are SO difficult to deal with. I had credit on my account of around $500 for work that still needed to be done and somehow it shows that they paid it out "elsewhere" and couldnt explain. POOF! Gone. I needed my wisom teeth removed and I still wanted to work with them because I truly loved the dentist (not to include his office staff). Well when I went to get my wisdom teeth removed, they had me sit in the waiting area from 10am until 3:30 just to tell me that the surgeon was sick and that it would be postponed until the next day. Why wait to tell me 5 hours later that my appointment was cancelled and this whole time I wasnt able to eat or drink anything since the day before. They literally had me sit there waiting for hours for no reason and I missed work for nothing! Its been a few months and I decided to give them another try because I really do like the dentist himself. Well thankfully they reminded me why I need to cut my losses and find a new dentist. All I needed was a cleaning. Simple enough? I call, they put me on hold for over 10 minutes. I figured they forgot about me so I call back. They put me on hold again for another 10 minutes but this time I wait. They finally pick up & I ask to schedule my cleaning appointment. She asks for my name & phone number, puts me on hold without even letting me know she is going to do this!!! then after 5 minutes hangs up. I call back, for the third time, the lady does not apologize, and I realize that I give up. Im sad to be leaving this dentist but the staff is AWFUL. I mean absolutely HORRIBLE and not worth the headache. I would not recommend this place to anyone and hope that my review will save someone else from dealing with this mess of an establisment or atleast open the managements eyes that things need to be improved.

Although I have dental insurance and the rates for procedures are pre-established, this castle dental consistently over bills for procedures and does not file claims with insurance companies. Since the over-billing typically exceeds the insurance payment they in many cases wont file a claim with the insurance company until requested. When the bill is finally reconciled with insurance company it takes Castle dental 6 weeks to reimburse the patient for overpayment. They essentially hang onto patient funds for several months. If they treat all their patients similarly, they are floating the expenses of their business by over billing of their patients and delaying reimbursement of over-payments.... this business practice unethical.

The first they schedule my appointment and make me wait 1 hr outside on the waiting area then they make wait 35 minutes on the chair. I have to pick my kids from the school so I reschedule , they apologize and said is complication with other patient. Then second time they schedule my appointment, I arrive in time and they make me wait almost an hour and the receptionist said to me " WE HAVE A COMPLICATED PATIENT" .... I left!! I will not trust my month to a person cant manage his time. I cant recommend this place. My family never going to go back to this place. They make me lost two days of work. DONT GO THERE!!!!!

Thanks to the Castle Dental team, not only did I come out with a great looking set of straightly aligned teeth but the cleaning and whitening done there after has made my smile beyond perfect! The staff made me feel confident about the choices I made to fix my smile here being as they were overly imformative with honest answers. I would definitely recommend one to visit here... bc your smile is one of your most important features . Plus who doesent love a one stop shop AND affordable? Thanks again Castle Dental! :)

New patient, going for cleanings and cosmetic filling replacement. The new white fillings are nice upgrade from the old dark metal amalgam ones. The Pros: Friendly staff, affordable prices and options. Busy location, well seasoned techs and doctors. Dr. Hector Godoy is pretty awesome! The Cons: The equipment looks and seems little dated. However as long as the doctor and techs are skilled and prices are affordable I dont mind!

I highly recommend Castle Dental! The entire staff from the front office to the back were each very genuinely caring people who went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable during my visits.Doctor Rivera did an excellent job.He made sure to explain the process and answer any questions that I had.He delivered high quality work on my teeth and was very gentle in doing so.The entire staff was excellent through and through!

Everyone was very friendly. Doctor Rivera broke all off my problems down for me so I could understand what action we need to take. They work hard to make you feel relaxed. As a person that hates going to the dentist, I can say that I am looking forward to coming back.

The experience with the dentist and staff is great friendly and make you feel comfortable. Complaint is every time Ive have a appointment have to sit in the lobby for 2-3 hours. But my Experience is for surgery Not general dentistry.
