This location has rude patient care representatives, specifically Maggie. I called to inquire the process of relocating to another state with open ortho treatment. She said, "were going to remove them because no one is going to touch your mouth with braces someone else put in." I asked her how did she know that and she began to state she would have to audit my account and see what the remaining balance is for services rendered, ignoring the question Id just asked. I asked, "how long that would take?", she answered that the process was already complete and gave me a price. I asked for verification by email and she stated she was busy with clients in the office and she would email me in 30 minutes, which was completely different from what customer service gave me for services rendered. I dont appreciate the unprofessionalism and not being able to get billing information on my account as requested, no one wants to release this info. If I could give no stars, I would. Other than the rude customer care representatives, the Orthodontist is a sweetheart. Its sad she has to work with a bunch of rude individuals who make clients not want to return for her services.

They made an appointment for me and refused to provide service when I arrived. They told me they could not verify my insurance because it was a Saturday. I told them I would be happy to pay cash because I had an important business meeting the following Monday and they still said they would not accept cash only insurance. They made the appointment and waisted my entire day and didnt clean my teeth. I called the call center and explained to them what happened and they connected me to the same dentist office that refused to accept cash and they were extremely rude and showed absolutely no remorse for wasting my day. The young lady on the phone told me it was illegal to accept cash form a new patient and hung up on me before I could call her out on her B.S. BTW there are lots of dentists on google reviews that have 4 or 5 stars. If the owner of this place makes more than minimum wage, in my opinion, its too damn much. Very sorry I didnt check the reviews before I called. After reading the rest of the reviews on here I wouldnt allow these people to fix my toaster, let alone touch my teeth.

I never been in this place. I was on my way for a consult. Ended up being closed. This place looked like it was out of business. I was not aware. My friend had told me about this place. However I ended up having car troubles. And I wasnt able to move the car. And I wasnt able to fix the car until several weeks later. However when I did go to fix it, things were missing out of my vehicle. Everything was trashed. Parts were stolen out of my vehicle. Mind you my car was locked. Looks like homeless were staying a night in my vehicle. The day I had went to fix it. I brought my boyfriend and his friends to fix the vehicle and leave. However during this process, the ladies inside this dentist came out screaming, "Its them!" Went back inside and locked the doors. As we turn around we have 3 cop cars surrounding my vehicle. They told the cops that we were stealing MY CAR! As if we were criminals. My question is, where the hell where these ladies when my car got broken into and slept in by homeless people? Worst place ever! Now I wonder, how do they treat their patients?...

If I could give this office 0 stars---I would! There is absolutely NOTHING good about this place. I truly regret choosing them for my ortho treatment. RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!! 1. The waits are HORRIBLE for both ortho and general--youll be in the office for 3-4 hours at the minimum--no lie, no exaggeration...Its really THAT bad. 2. They cancel your appointments randomly, at their liesure and dont even have the courtesy to tell you! Ive had to take off work TWICE to come for an adjustment. And both times---I arrive at the office and theyre closed?? Seriously...One time is enough but TWICE??..unacceptable. 3. You can never talk to anyone at the office. Like seriously--everytime you call youre transferred to some random office out of state and are forced speak to people are too incompetent to change an appointment! I could go on and on about this place but you get the point right? My warning---run as far away front Brident Dental & Orthodontics as possible!

Este lugar juega con las personas y su tiempo. Yo fui a otra que no tenía espacio y ello llamaron a este para ver si tenia espacio y dijeron que a las personas 12 y a las 2 podrían atenderme. Al llegar me hicieron todas las preguntas y los papeles. Pero cuando les dije que que quería hacer me dijeron que no tenían cita y que nadie les había llamado. Una falta de respeto total.

Not recommended. I visited there yesterday. They were bad. They kept trying to charge me more and more by providing me unnecessary services. The dentist told me that I would get dental cleaning yesterday. However, after I refused an antibiotic treatment (Arestin) ($195), the dental hygienist refused to clean my teeth. Actually, the cashier did. I have never been treated with Arestin for my periodontal disease by my previous dentist for the past 7 years. Having a deep pocket does not mean that there is an infection absolutely. The cashier was very upset when I refused Arestin treatment. I am sure that she tried to make more money by selling antibiotic treatment (Arestin). This place is not oriented to their customers but oriented to money.

I havent been the dentist in years.. so I was terrified to say the least at what the news might be about my teeth. All the staff was very friendly from the beginning. Last week, Tina took my X-rays and we joked about the Backstreet Boys and *NSYNC. Dr. Syed was really helpful in easing my mind about all my cavities. Today I had my cleaning and fillings done by Dr. Madani. He let me listen to my music during the procedure and was constantly checking if I was okay. It wasnt nearly as bad as I thought everything was going to be, like how it was when I was a kid. Yay adulting! Anyway, I highly recommend this place. They made what was a very scary experience for me a lot smoother than Id anticipated.

The service is mediocre and the wait is ridiculous . I first came alone to have some fillings repiared, the dentist stuck the hell out of me before even assuring I was completely num. I then came with my spouse and both times have been 3-4 hr visits. Ive never been in a dentist office as long as i am here.Theres one dr on site and he is Hella slow. They are horrible with booking appointments, in fact there were two huge discrepancies with both of my visits. I just would not recommend this place if you value your time nor if youre paying with your hard earned money/ins.

Okay so I have a cavity that was supposedly fixed and removed, my tooth started back bothering me, I went to a new dentist only to find out the cavity was still there. Second, I learned that the way my braces were put on, would not fix my problem in the long run. After being consulted by 3 different orthodontists, I learned that I basically wasted my money. I currently have a file claimed with the BBB and the American Dental Association to have this ortho contract seized. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!
