I wish they would have listened to my concerns as a patient from the beginning..I had an old filling replaced but the dr rushed me out even though I told her that my bite wasnt right..I came back two weeks later for them to fix it, when they filed it down it was so painful it gave me a headache. The pain persisted and progressively got worse. The second time I returned they replaced the filling again and told me maybe my pain was coming from a neighboring tooth with a tiny cavity. I had to return yet again, in tears for them to fix that small cavity, hoping this will get me out of pain. The dentist insisted it was my clenching that caused my pain. A day later she calls me and says I need a root canal because I seem to have irreversible pulpitis...Something that can be caused by repetitive invasive procedures on a tooth. I mentioned to the receptionist I thought I needed a root canal prior to my last visit, but they did not listen to my complaints about how extreme my pain was. They require up front payments regardless of how expensive the procedure is even after insurance. Needless to say, Ive found a new dentist office with more flexible hours that can offer payment plans.

Beware!!!! The cops are on speed dial. Take your money and run as far away from these people as possible. My father had his teeth pulled the first week of March and they were more than happy to take his $3000. After two months and several requests to speak with the dentist who was always too busy to talk, two teeth fell out of his new dentures. When he walked in to drop them off for warranty work, they were happy to take them but later decided they needed $50 to work on them because he did not have an appointment. When he asked the receptionist to speak with the dentist and exactly how does someone make an appointment for teeth falling out she told us to hold on. They called the police and had my father banned from the place and every affordable denture place as well. On a side note the officer was a very nice gentleman and informed us that our experience was pretty common here and why he got his dentures in Montgomery.

Horrible awful place for children!!! I took a friend and every parent that walked out was mad and or crying for how theyre child was treated. Multiple parents signed for nitrous and theyre kid still didnt get it but they are billed for it. A child that was supposed to be sedated was woke up after sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours and was screaming cause they waited for the medicine to wear off and again didnt give the nitrous to help the pain. My friend brought her son and they didnt cover him up for the X ray. This place should be shut down at the very least!!!!!!!!!!!!!

dont ever go there!!! wouldnt let parents go in room with their children... they didnt put any angestic or numbing my 4 years old so they would drill and fill in the filling. my son was screaming in agony pain, when he came out he had reddish and bruises on his arms... one year later we moved to louisiana. the filling fell out. so i took him to dentist... his current dentist was upset and said that his tooth had been infected since and is supposed to be removed, not drill and fill in... so please dont go there for your childrens sake!!!!

Being in the past medical field working with this dentist office for the past three years there are very professional . on time never had a bad experience. I would definitely recommend anyone to them for dental care. The dentist are very professional caring and precise they care about their patients and well being. The Laboratory they use does a very fine job on the Dentistry on the Dentures or anything else that needs to be made. I would definitely give this location fivestars and proficiency

AMAZING OFFICE!!!!! The girls in the front were very helpful and friendly. The assistants were great with my kids. I honestly love it here , would recommend them to anyone !
