If I could do it all again I wouldve never gone here, even if it were free. I am not happy with my results. Near the end of my treatment I kept pointing out things I wasnt happy with and the assistant (rarely saw the dentist) would brush it off and say "thats how its supposed to be". Like okay, I didnt realize one of your front teeth is supposed to go out more than the other or that your bottom teeth aren’t supposed to align evenly. Honestly, my teeth look worse than everyone I know who has had Invisalign / braces and this is extremely upsetting. These are not the results I was told Id have when they sat down and talked with me at the start of my treatment and told me I was a "great candidate for Invisalign". I understand results are not guaranteed, but don’t lie to me and tell me “oh that will get fixed later on or the retainers will fix that for you”. Just be upfront with your patients, because I’ve had my retainers for 5 months and they haven’t fixed anything. My teeth still look the same. Turns out retainers just hold teeth in place. I wouldn’t recommend going somewhere where the staff doesn’t even know how retainers work. Also, the staff appears friendly at first, but they’re really not. Once you’ve gone enough times you’ll realize how mean they are, namely Sandra and Arianna.

Ive been a customer of Dr. Wilmore for over 3 years now. I love this dentist office. I found her by accident and immediately was impressed with her office. I recommended her office to a dozen people that week, even to people werent looking for a dentist. She and her staff are all top notch and they just have a knack for making you feel comfortable. Im not sure that dentistry could ever be described as luxurious just because the nature of the practice, but this place comes pretty darn close. I have only had my teeth cleaned at her office, so I cant comment on her skills beyond that, but I find Dr. Wilmore and her staff very competent. I can also comment on her support staff. In the beginning, there was some billing discrepancies that needed to be resolved. It is always annoying to have to deal with insurance companies. But once the discrepancy was discovered, Dr. Wilmores office responded quickly to resolve the issue. I dont live or work anywhere near Dr. Wilmores office (I used to live closer), but Ill pass a hundred dentists to keep Dr. Wilmore as my dentist.

I regret getting my treatment here. After pretty much a year of treatment my teeth were NOT fixed as promised. This doctor is taking on more cases than she can handle and that should not be legal. Its like an Invisalign factory in here. All she cares about is getting your money and once she has that she will not care the least bit about you. Dont be fooled by the low prices either, as this does not included the final required retainer which is about $700 and all other Invisalign providers DO include this, thats why her prices might seem better, but theyre really not. Either way Id rather pay more and actually have my teeth fixed. So upset that I went here - horrible doctor, rude staff (especially Ariana), and questionable practices.

The dentist and hygienists are great, but I have a real problem with the receptionists and how the office is run. They are only open a few days a week most weeks, which makes it hard to get in touch with anyone and/or make an appointment. I had to wait over a month to get a crown replaced, since no one called me when it came in. If you dont like playing phone tag and/or have a VERY flexible schedule (ie: can drop everything to make a same-day appointment and/or can wait weeks to be scheduled), this is probably not the place for you.

I love, love, love that place. They are all just wonderful people and make you feel right at home. Its hard to find yourself new GP and dentist when you move to another city but with Dr. Wimore I got my winner from the first try. And Ursula, she is amazing, very cool, laid back and definitely knows how to crack joke, totaly hilarious, makes you relax before..you know, the drilling..ughh. Anyway, you should definitely check it out.

This place has the best atmosphere in town! Its a spa for your teeth! I swear, and it helps that I work right across the hall, but even if I didnt I would still come back! Todays visit was amazing! While I got my teeth clean I was treated to a Parraffin Bath for my hands! What Dentist do you know offers that? NOT A ONE! None that I have seen anyway. The staff was professional and personable. They were very helpful with directions and accommodating in squeezing in last a minute appointment. I hadnt been to the dentist in years, but the doctor and dental hygienist were able to put me at ease. They explained clearly what procedures were being done and performed them with minimal discomfort. I would recommend them to anyone.

I see Dr. Wilmore for my Invisalign treatment. All of her staff is nice, welcoming and personable including the Doc herself. Everything is explained thoroughly and I appreciate that that Dr is very involved, she will even calls or responds to emails. This is the type of experience I like when looking for providers.

I absolutly loved the staff and Dr. Wilmores attitude. Dr. Wilmore is very thorough, professional along with her staff. The office is superb and well kept. Plus I did not have a long wait or any issues and they send you emails for appointment reminders- I need it being a mother and all. Great experience!

I had such a great experience with Dr. Wilmore that I felt compelled enough to write a review about it! The office is gorgeous - you feel at home right when you step in. The dental assistants and Dr. Wilmore are extremely nice, give you tips and really take their time with you. I felt like a VIP.

I love this dentist! I love that they send me email reminders for my appointments and they are automatically added to my Google calendar. Takes away the effort of doing that myself. They also send updates during bad weather days to tell you if theyll be open.

These guys are professional, couteous, and very helpful. It had been a little while since my last check-up, and so I looked these guys up. They were pleasant from the get go. If you need a good and reliable dentist to call your own, then you just found one!

I called to ask about the Groupon Deal OnLine and the Receptionist who answered the phone was so rude I believe her name was Nancy? Not sure but anyways with that kind of service I would never recommend them or there services!!!!
