Cool Dental should be called Cruel Dental. Ive never seen such an incompetent group of people in my life. We went there last week while my daughter was home from college for Spring Break, waited about an hour, and the dentist told us that my daughter needed a complicated root canal and they had a special dentist and that HE didnt have any appointments for the rest of the week. So we made an appointment for the this Saturday and I took half a day off work and drove over 3 hours each way to go pick my daughter up from college for her root canal. We got there for our 1:00 appointment and werent told they were running late, but we sat in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours before they even called our name. When they did call my daughters name, they were ready to take her back for her "ortho consult" until I told them we were there for a root canal. They said they would look at the x-rays and see what they could do. They finally said, yes, they could do the procedure we had booked the appointment for. When we got back to the room, we found they hadnt ran our insurance yet during this vast amount of time, so we had to wait longer while they did that. We finally got the bill settled and we were told that we couldnt have the nitrous oxide that we had requested and that we had just agreed to pay $200 for. The dental assistants and dentist told my daughter that she didnt need it because "the shot was the only hard part". The office manager who had worked out my bill with me, who incidentally is a very nice person and the only person I would trust in that whole office, told me the dentist didnt feel she was able to administer the drug, I guess he meant not competent, Im not sure. This whole time, I was wondering where the male dentist who specialized in root canals was that we had been promised. I was getting really bad vibes and wondering if we should leave. My daughter has a strong aversion to things being put in her mouth ever since some procedures that she had to have done as an infant, and she didnt want to endure two hours of drilling and suctioning without the nitrous. People kept leaving and coming back in the room randomly and we told everyone who came in that we needed it. Then the dentist came in and asked my daughter to look in her mouth, and without warning her first, gave her a numbing shot through trickery. My daughter broke down in tears and the dentist left. I asked the dental assistant and the office manger one more time for the nitrous oxide, just to give them one last chance, and they said the dentist still said no, so we left. My daughter is still crying an hour later and I feel like I let her down taking her to such a horrible place. I cant believe all the time and money we wasted and all the emotional stress this has caused. I would not recommend bringing your children here.

Avoid this business at all costs. We had to leave during a procedure because the doctor was so callous. Dont bother asking for extra care or caution if you have any anxiety about dental procedures, our doctor had all the sympathy of an assembly line robot. They flat out refused to administer the anesthetic prior to the shots despite our clear instructions and prior notification that we expected and required it before proceeding. Instead of working with us to understand our concerns the doctor began the shots without warning while pretending to inspect the tooth. If you can imagine some dystopian horror novel with screaming bodies strapped onto a conveyor belt and spider-like robots assaulting the helpless captives, youll have a good idea of how we felt when we fled this place.

Virtuous Woman With Purpose

I love the dental assistants. Thats all I could say. I spent over $3000 cash only to find out they committed fraud. They then sent me a bill for a service I paid for yet told my insurance company I never paid. They gone threw 4 managers since I started going to them in March. So far I have beem getting the rum around with getting my money back. If they owe you a refund read the form carefully because they want you to initial saying you will not go to the dental board. I was told I needed a root canal. Paid for it up front and after being put off for a month I learned they didnt have a dentist to do the root canal. This place is pathetic.

LOVE cool dental! The first time i went in there i explained to them i was very nervous about going to the dentist. I also explained to them my schedule situation.. and since then, theyve always try to acomodate me with a good time that works best for me.the girls that work there and the drs are really sweet! .Im looking forward to more check ups with them

Had pain in my back tooth and called office to see if they take walk in. They answered all my questions and concerns about the treatment needed and did my extraction the same day. Will definitely keep coming back to this location..

Went for a regular check up. To say that one of my children is scared of the dentist is an understatement. They made her feel comfortable and took the worry away from me. Will be going back for all my family dental issues.

Henry and Alison were good but the other staff were so bad you must avoid at all costs. The old lady who does your X-RAY is very crazy, and will yell at you the whole time.
