I visited Dr. Cate in early June for a lower back issue. The staff was very nice but I felt like a bit I was product on an assembly line. The Dr. himself is also a very cordial gentlemen who tries to find common ground with you for the sake of discussion. My issue and hence my 2 stars is while discussion is nice, if youre not listening to what the patient tells you outcomes can be not enjoyable. I informed the Dr. and the lady who did my ex-ray that I had previously had a cervical laminectomy. I went into some detail with the Dr. about it and how I was there for my back, not my neck, to leave my neck area alone. After the ex-ray and the electric massage I went into another room where the Dr. came in had me cross my arms, grabbed me from behind and popped my back, felt rather good to be honest. Then without hesitation and too quickly for me to say anything, he grabbed my head and chin and popped my neck. He then popped me a few other times in other areas but to be honest I only felt my neck. Im writing this now as it 2.5 months later and the left side of my neck is still painful and I cant turn my head very far that direction and Im back to having to turn my shoulders to see to my left, the same as pre-surgery. Needless to say I never went back and wished to GOD I never went in the first place.

Dr. Cate is an AWESOME PROFESSIONAL. I, too am a doctor and have been extremely impressed with his knowledge and expertise. My body has not felt this healed and well for years. He and his amazing staff are fabulous! I highly recommend this office to anyone considering care.

After going to him for a while... He saw I was having issues staying in place so he sent me to PT and strengthened my back so that I did not need to be adjusted ALL the time. Dr Cate is one of my favorite people now!!!
