Its fine for my routine eye exam and glasses needs. I dont have particular eye health issues, just need correction with updated prescription every 1-2 years. Folks were friendly enough and the selection was fine, I found something I liked. One issue I would caution others about is some subtle high-pressure sales tactics. I was advised to get a photo of the back of my eye instead of getting my eyes dilated. While I was seated at the photo machine starting the process, we continued to discuss and he told me insurance doesnt cover it. Why is that? "Because it isnt medically necessary." Wait, so why am I getting a procedure that isnt medically necessary? "Sometimes you find things." I was already in the process of doing it, but really I shouldnt have. Id liken it to getting a CT scan (cat scan) just to see whats there, even if you are healthy and have no symptoms to suggest that you need it. Some people like to do that, but really its a waste of medical resources and more likely to do harm than good. $40 really for nothing. Also, when I was ordering my glasses, in all the 30 years of wearing glasses Ive never been to place that automatically chooses and prices the most expensive lenses for you. I was not asked what type of lenses I wanted (the thinner more expensive kind, or the normal kind? anti-glare coating or normal? etc), I was not given any options, just told, "This is what your lenses come to. It includes the thinner lenses with anti-glare coat." I usually do opt for these lenses, but they didnt know that, and I didnt appreciate not being given options. Lastly, I was not provided my prescriptions when I left. When I got home I went to price out contact lenses online to compare the quote I got from them, and looked through the paperwork to see that all that I had was an itemized receipt, no prescription. I was surprised to discover that I could get my contacts for $45/box of 90 online compared to the $130/box of 90 I was quoted through them. My glasses are supposed to take 2 weeks. Hopefully no issues with the glasses when they come in. Overall, as I said, fine for my needs given the convenience factor, but next time Ill be aware of the sales tactics and more prepared.

Everyone was SUPER nice, from the lady who answered the phone and made my appointment to the fellow who helped me pick out frames. I was pleased to be offered the option of photos of my eyes instead of dilation, and warned of the additional expense, without being pressured into it. Every step of what I was asked to do was explained without condescension. Dr. Rodgers was very pleasant and efficient. No fumbling, no hours of "this? or this?" to get to a crisp setting. The imaging of my eyes was explained and shown to me. I believe it was Kevin who helped me pick out frames, and he was delightfully personable. I went with the second pair half price option because I was comfortable and happy, not because I was pressured with an upsell. He was low pressure, cheerful, and patient without seeming put upon. It was overall an extremely pleasant experience, and I no sooner got out the door than I was calling my mom to recommend them.

Had my first appointment with Triangle Visions in Hillsborough today and it was great. All the staff was very friendly and professional. Dr Rodgers was great, I have been an eye patient of various doctors for the last 20 years of my life and never had one so patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to chat while doing my exam as well as answer questions and explain things that I have always always been curious about. Kevin was great as well taking plenty of time to go over different frame options and the best use of my insurance in the final hours of the year. He was extremely patient with me as well, Im pretty picky lol. I will definitely be returning to Triangle Visions in the future.

Love this place. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I personally had paperwork issues... my visit turned into a workers compensation clam. The staff was awesome in getting the paperwork filed correctly. Services were fast, informative, and complete. Called for an appointment and got in right away. This put more pressure on staff. They were busy and over booked but they still made the time to see me. I wouldnt go to any other eye care facility. Other businesses could take a page from triangle vision. Forget the rest and go to the best!

Dr. Marshall, and his assistant Adrienne, were excellent, and professional. I have complicated vision issues due to unusual health problems, and he was very concerned. He did a thorough examination. I was impressed with his knowledge. He suggested reading glasses, and also another exam for peripheral vision. He is very kind, thorough, and honest. The person who helped me choose frames was very attentive and helped me choose frames that were covered by my plan. I give this office 5 star rating!

Dr. Rodgers and team at Triangle Vision in Hillsborough are my go to place for holistic eye care and eye wear. I am provided with updated screening and assessments, as well as, opportunities to learn about solutions to my vision problems. I cant wait to use my Work Station glasses at the office to relieve unnecessary eye strain and improve my computer and desk work viewing. My Black Fin frames are soo lightweight even with my strong prescription. Thank You Dr. Rodgers and Triangle Vision!

My sons have been going to triangle visions for a couple of years. Recently I have been very disappointed with the scheduling. I called to get yearly exams sch before school starts. When I called to get my sons appts the receptionist informed me that they could NOT be seen on same day, because they have Medicaid. Iam a working mom that cant take several days off of work to bring 2 kids to the same doctor on different days. Needless to say my kids will never be going back there again!!

I was amazed that they were able to schedule an appointment within the same week that I called (new patient). The amazement didnt stop there though. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and compassionate. Dr. Rogers was a delight, compassionate, knowledgeable, and took the extra time to learn more about me personally. Kevin was fantastic and very patient while I was selecting frames. The entire experience was wonderful and welcoming! I wouldnt see anyone else now.

I had a great expierence today at Triangle Visions. The nurse who saw me before the Doctor was so very nice and treated me great! And Dr. Marshall is awesome! So nice and caring. Took time with the exams of my eyes for contacts and glasses. Always pleased with Dr. Marshall. So hard to find Drs. like him who have a personality and care about the patient. Very good visit!

My daughter Ella is 15 and kind of shy. She was warmly greeted and escorted to the exam room quickly, and made to feel comfortable. The staff were very complimentary about her ability to insert contacts so well upon her first try and this made Ella and myself feel very proud. I appreciate Dr. Rodgers and the TVO staff for their friendliness and efficiency. Thank you!

Very uncomfortable beginning! The room with the retinal camera has a very short unmovable chair which makes it extremely difficult to reach the camera lens to switch it on! Please CHANGE the chair such a simple fix! The rest of my visit was great. Dr Marshall is friendly and professional The technicians are too
