Placed an order for my daughters contact lenses refill before Thanksgiving. No call, no text, no e-mail. 3 weeks after called them, an associate says "its been here, you can come pick it up!" My husband went to get it, was told, the other box ( which is the other eye) is on back order. Associate calls company , instantly gets confirmation itll be on the next days shipping schedule. I called to follow thru this am, same associate who apparently "helped " my husband yesterday says " we do not have any control over those robotic reminder system . I dont know who you talked to before but I cannot speak for the other person. " Very poor customer service etiquette. As early as 11am, she already sounded tired. First, they screw up the order, rudely explains a very bad process and does not really assures a dissatisfied customer with an obvious defective communication hand-off ordering process. I would have given them no star rating but I have to at least rate it as 1 in order for me to write this review.

Great optical staff. Always willing to go extra mile to satisfy. Downside, frames are atrocious. Need to expand higher end options.

Standard Costco. The staff is friendly and a good place to buy your bulk items, prescriptions without insurance and gasoline.
