The frames are way too expensive. They charge you $20 for "training" on how to use contacts which I feel should be an optional service. They forced my child to do "training" way beyond his comfort level, his eyes were red and irritated and no one offered drops before we left. They said they dont have drops for "that". I stopped the training myself because (1)my child was extremely frustrated with trying and (2) the trainer was not good demonstrating in my opinion, I had to help out. I was told they accept Care Credit and once I began to pay, I was told they dont accept it, so I made a partial payment. Days later, the rude as ever front desk clerk calls me requesting payment and I begin to explain to her that I will pay the balance for the exam but didnt think the $20 "training" fee was necessary since I stopped training and that fee was never made aware to us before our exam. She began using a tone that was unprofessional so I hung up! Seconds later, DR. WEST began TEXTING MY PHONE BACK TO BACK requesting payment of the balance which I feel was VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! It had not even been 30 days since our appointment, only a week and a half! I do not recommend this location at all!! Terrible service!!

The big lady at the front desk is MEAN. The one armed Dr. Lady is terrible. There was 1 person in there aside from myself and I still waited more then an hour to be seen. I gave them my insurance information 1st thing and they didnt check to see if my insurance covered the eye exam (which it does, get 1 free a year). When I was done they said my insurance didnt cover the eye exam and the wanted over $100. I told them to send me a bill because I dont carry cash and I was going to my HR department to get this settled. They threatened to call the cops if I didnt pay cash, cause apparently its to hard to bill someone. Again these people suck, do yourself a favor and go to a small family eye doctor, or a real eye doctor NOT lenscrafters on airport.

I enjoy doing business in this store. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. I especially like the service my husband and I receive when we are fitted for glasses. The staffs always take the time necessary to see that we are satisfied with our eyeglass frame selection. I look forward to doing business with them again and again.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and the doctor took the time to explain everything to me. Didnt feel I was just another number. Did find out if you want a Saturday appt. call before Sat. Otherwise you get worked in for a couple of hours.

They were very helpful and didnt pressure me to buy glasses, although I NEEDED GLASSES also, (the best glasses ARE terribly expensive), when I requested contact lenses. Paying almost $500 would not work in my budget.

I was in town and had broken my glasses. Stopped by expecting to drop them off, but they served me quickly and didnt even charge for the repair. AWESOME! In and out in about 5 minutes.

Way too expensive. Just to get lens on the frame was $358. Lmao
