I stopped by this location hoping they would have the frames my insurance covered. Mary showed me what was available. They did not have the latest available frames, but I tried on what was there. I placed an order but 20 minutes later called to cancel since it just wasnt what I wanted. That was all fine. However, my refusal to buy any of the up-sells for coatings or high index lens left Mary exasperated. She warned I would get headaches. I felt she was not happy. This made me feel bad. Not the experience I was looking for. Oh well, someplace else will have what I want. Mary also wanted to charge me for the PD. I dont really need it since I have it from prior prescriptions...but really, I thought they had to give you that as part of the prescription.

this branch is very nice and clean looking. i look forward to coming here often. the people helped me out alot and i am appreciative. the selection is also very nice. there are tons of different frames to choose from. this is overall a very good environment for me especially in the future.
