The whole front desk is unprofessional !!! No wonder after speaking to the office manager!! They need customer service training in a bad way!! Let me tell you ,Im not the only one that has had a problem with this crew. Theres some real good doctors in here. And I know they are partners of the businesses. So I hope they will finally make a change. Theres a lot other people could really use a job. Staff really needs to be cleared out. They should really listen first,instead of interrupted their patients.Before you transfer to your office manager .Maybe put the call on hold before laughing at people on the end of the phone. So the office manager should be more. understanding. So she should of ask how I can help you. One of the reason for her position is to listen first.to see what happened at the front desk .because thats where it started in the first place.I know about the policy some insurance need a referral. but since i asked for appointment first. I get the policies. Well heck after being up all night worried about your love one. Adults understand they might have to wait .But a child has no idea .So really all i wanted to know would they be able to get a 2 year in the same day. Sometimes working on the front line you need to think outside box . Listen before throw your policy. Then maybe you would have a better experience with people. I couldnt get pass the policy.So when you are being asking can you slot the child. Maybe the bell should of went off . When someone is concerned about someone well being and there love one. To all doctors your first impression is your front desk. Customers Service has been poor over last 6 years. You dont need to worry. Ill never call to make any appointments. SO OFFICE MANAGER YOUR STAFF IS LAUGHING AND MAKING FUN AT CUSTOMERS . THATS WHY YOU ARE GETTING THE CALLS.THESE DOCTORS NEED THE RESPECT FROM YOUR STAFF. YOU NEED TO RESPECT AND REPRESENT THESE DOCTORS. THEY PUT IN ALOT MORE TIME THAN YOU.

DR Engerson is everything youd want in a doctor. I went to another doctor because I couldnt raise my arm. I was told I was getting old (47) and sent to (painful) physical therapy. I tried to explain what was going on , but the other doctor had already made his "cookie cutter" diagnosis. I immediately called Dr. Engersons office. He LISTENED to me explain my symptoms and he asked relevant questions. Within two weeks he did manipulation under anesthesia (MUA) and upon waking, my arm was 100%. I, also, had been (mis)diagnosed with "tennis elbow", multiple times over the course of over 20 years. Dr. Engerson found I had radial tunnel syndrome whose symptoms are similar to tennis elbow. He was able to do this because he listened and did not do just a "cookie cutter" diagnosis. I wish every doctor was like him, paying attention to what the patient says and looking a little deeper when needed.

Im still in a lot of pain rather, then my doctors examining me and tell me what problems Im having. Its up to me to figure out why Im still in so much pain and tell them only for them to say nope. I have not been okay with my case manager tell my doctor what restrictions I should have so. I stood by the door and recorded the conversation they had about me on the otherside of the door not sure what Im going to do about that. At the end of the day I just want to get better so I can take care of my family. I do wish sometimes the doctor could touch me and some how see who he decided to talk crazy to. Ill just let the one true God take care of those devils like they say its not what they treat but who they treat. IM NOT GOING TO GIVE UP BELIEVE THAT!!!

This has got to be the most organized, professional, FRIENDLIEST group of people I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. They get back to you with answers to questions PROMPTLY, they handle everything quickly and always keep the patients best interest first and foremost. Dr Barbour is outstanding in that he is ON TIME, COURTEOUS and explains everything about your condition where you can UNDERSTAND and COMPREHEND what is going on. When he is with you, YOU are his primary focus and concern. I GIVE THIS GROUP AND DR BARBOUR A HIGH FIVE RATING AND RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY PROCEDURE THAT THEY ADDRESS WITH THEIR PROFESSION! Dr. Rachel is a great doctor! Super persistent on figuring out what the problem could be and very reassuring. He did everything he could think of to diagnose my problem before doing exploratory surgery to find what was causing me so much pain. My finger is so much better now and I couldnt be happier! His nurse, Gracie is the SWEETEST! Shes been there from my first visit to my last. She wasnt my nurse for the surgery, but she came in with a fan when I felt like I was going to pass out and held it the whole rest of the surgery so it would keep me cool. She definitely goes above and beyond and shes so super friendly every time I see her! Wonderful two people! Thank yall so much for everything! -Aleigha

Dr. Spain, Foley, did bone marrow aspirate (stem cell) injections in my knees. I had fairly severe arthritis in both. The response was almost immediate. The benefits are supposed to peak around six months to a year and last 3-5 years. Im very satisfied with the relief Im getting already (6 weeks out), and am looking forward to continued relief as long as possible. Dr. Spain is extremely knowledgeable and explained the procedure thoroughly. I would recommend anyone with arthritic knees to contact Dr. Spain for a consultation.

As usual, the staff and Dr. Haas were wonderful! I had made the appointment originally as a follow-up on my knee replacement done eight years ago. The evening prior to the appointment I had a bad fall, hurting my back and shoulder, Since I already had that appointment with my favorite doctor, I did not go to the ER that evening. I was so relieved that when I arrived, Dr. Haas evaluated and treated not only my knee, but also my fractured shoulder and spine. So thankful for such good care!

Great Experience!!!! Dr Volkman took the time to listen to me and explained things to me where I could understand. He examined me and had me do some movements where the last Dr never even touched me. He also arranged for me to have a MRI and see him the same day because we live so far away. Thats the first time that has happened. Usually the doctors want you to drive back down the next day. I would recommend him. Ive seen several back Drs and so far hes been the best.

The office refused to schedule an appointment for my son during an immediate injury due to a disputed balance from a previous injury. The office would not except a partial payment toward the balance. The woman that I was on the phone with kept cutting me off and was combative. I understand that it is a business and they are there to make money but it seems to me that this particular locatation is more interested in making money than helping their patients.
