When ypu finally get to see Dr Jackson, she quickly goes through your chart, and tries to hurry you out. If they were busy or overwhelmed, I would understand, but they arent very busy at all. The staff can be friendly sometimes, but service is not their forte. And dont try to call them, they just let the phone ring and ring. I have been a patient of Dr Jaclsons for over twenty five years, and I also kn ow she has had some personal struggles with her own family, but if this isnt improved significantly, I will have no other choice than to join all the other pbysicians who have left Providence necause they are a difficilt bisiness to deal with. Too bad the nuns dont own them anymore, its been a long time since they sold out, but Providence continues to get worse and worse every week. They are not there for the patients, only the $$$$. Real sad..

I love Dr Jackson and Ms Dunne but the other staff is HORRIBLE! Will NOT return phone calls and are quite RUDE. I never get my referrals when I need them...the Specialist I see has to call to get it. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone...including my worst enemy.

Dr. Jackson and Nurse Boyd are both absolutly wonderful people to work with. Very caring about their patients needs and always nice, sweet and professional. Amazing staff. I would recommend anyone to them with out a single doubt.
