When I finally discovered Dermatology Center of Loudoun through word of mouth from not one but two of my closest friends (unrelated to one another), I knew I would never go anywhere else. Dr. Khan is simply the best. Every time I sit in her chair I feel like Im really being cared for as a patient. Her recommendations are always honest and shes a true master of her craft. I have also seen Dr. Nguyen and Sofia Nabizadeh for skin issues (laser, mole removal, Botox) and couldnt be happier with their level of professionalism and with the results. Its never easy to talk about skin and the issues we face as the aging process begins to settle in, but Im so thankful to have an amazing team of doctors helping me through this stage of life.

We love Dr. Khan!! She has treated my daughters acne and the results were fantastic. We started with more conservative treatments to start off with and then we moved to a more aggressive treatment after having exhausted the other options. My daughter is very shy but feels very comfortable around Dr. Khan. I definitely recommend her for teens. I also see Dr. Khan. I always seem to ask her lots of questions during my appointments and I never feel rushed. Shes truly one of the best doctors!!

Also of note, their PA, Sophia, is wonderfully knowledgeable and goes above and beyond her job description for the benefit of patients, including insurance prior authorizations and hard to get specialty medications - especially when involving ridiculous insurances like United Healthcare, Aetna and Cigna. Hats off to this amazing group!

Ive never been to this place before but I called the Landsdowne office to schedule an appointment and somebody murdered a greeting. I asked her to repeat herself because I didnt understand what she had said. I came to find out later that she said "this is Jody". Jody was curt and short with me and unprofessional. We never got to the point of scheduling an appointment. Ill be calling another dermatologist.

Every time I have taken my daughter there I have had to wait at least 45 minutes from the time I walk in to the time I actually saw Dr. Nguyen. Very disappointed and I will not go back to this place. In fact last time I waited one hour! The worst part was I had my 2 and 4 year old sons with me too and they made no effort to see my daughter on time.

I took my toddler here for a series of treatments for a wart and they were wonderful with her. We were able to see the Doc within minutes of arrival. Our appointment took 30 minutes door-to-door. I am going back for my own treatments due to the wonderful experience.

Awful...They dont even answer their phone. Called several times and the automated machine said we will answer your call but keeps going and no one answers the phone. 5 different days and different times.....no answer.

Never had to wait too long (usually about 10-15 minutes) but its worth it as they are very friendly and accommodating.
