Overall: fast check-ins, knowledgeable staff and Dr. Camp and assistant Christine were friendly I looked for a Derm. Doc. near my home, but the wait was 1.5+ months at 4 different offices. I couldnt wait that long as my Father-in-law gave me a wart on my foot during Christmas and it hurt to walk (sorry, TMI). So, I googled for a derm. Doc. near work and this was the first place to pop up. I got an appt. in 1.5 weeks. Much better. I arrived like 5 min. early because I didnt do my paperwork like they told me too (oops), but they had me checked in so quickly. I was done by the time another office would have just been calling my name after signing up that I arrived. The waiting room had a lot of people in it, so I thought it was going to be one of the places that double/triple books one appt. time slot. Nope! There were a lot of people, but there was a good flow. Then, Christine took me to my room to ask a bunch of new patient questions and what brought me in. Then, Dr. Camp came in and answered ALL of my questions w/o being annoyed (I ask a lot of questions and want to know all of the next steps) and he didnt seem grossed out by my foot like I am or bothered that I asked questions. Overall it took 46 minutes for appt. #1 as a new patient, which I thought was pretty good. Ive waited in a doc. office for like 25 minutes before even being called back. This one was a 5 min. wait. Today was appt. #2 and I was in and out in 18 minutes from walking in the door to leaving. I LOVE IT! Same quality care and theyre efficient. Other NOVA doc. offices should take some notes from how they run this place. I mentioned this to the office people and apparently theyve been working on some new approach. Other info.: I wish there was more of a variety in magazines (home, health, womens stuff) because its the only time I read a magazine. But, most people seemed to be on their phones anyways. They do charge fees, but were good about telling you (which I appreciate). I forgot my wallet today and I said Id call in, and they told me to do it by 4 to avoid some fee and I made another appt. in case I need it, but will cancel and the doc. told me to make sure to not wait until the day of because there is 24 hr. notice fee. All fair fees, but I appreciated being told and not surprised.

This place is very SHADY on how they charge customers. I have no insurance. Went into see dr Chaudry regarding PRP procedure. At the counter before any paperwork they told me $75 then I paid. THEN gave me paperwork to sign. On one consent form stated that $75 I paid was a deposit and that ANYTHING else DONE in he room will be DUE AFTER. After a 10min consultation I walked out and they called me back n said $35. And I asked what $35. She said whatever was done in the room. I said "all we did was talked and I paid $75 a few mins ago already." She said whatever was done in the room. It was a damn consultation. NOTHING WAS DONE IN THE ROOM. They argued w me and pointed out the Consent Form I signed that says $75 was deposit and "Anything done in the room was due after." I paid another $35 and left. Basically, they knew it was all along $110 just for a consultation but NEVER told me up front. And know this ppl they dont tell anyone the full price up front. Because the lady came after me they told her the same thing "$75 for your appointment " then give her the Consent Form which says "anything done in the room will be due." Like anyone...when thay say "anything DONE IN THE ROOM will be due after".....we think its only when they are actually doing something like poke a needle in u or draw some blood. I did not think talking in the room was THAT SOMETHING DONE for another $35 more on top of $75 which I already paid. So CLEARLY, they know it was $110 ALL ALONG. So why wouldnt this place be straight up and say what it really costs in the beginning. If you are a good business...people will return and dont mind paying. But please DO NOT TRICK your clients this way. This is no way to do business. They gave me paper work to do blood test so I could continue my PRP procedure but I left it back on the counter on my way out. Wont be returning.

Update to the update: If you would like to see an example of their strong-arm tactics, please check my Yelp review. How funny it is that they accuse me of harassment to their staff when it was them doing the harassing. I was harassed by their HR person--she called me a total of 7 times and then I had to block her number to stop her from calling me. Not even an apology, and now they are trying to throw dirt on my name. Maybe if you ran a practice more competently, you wouldnt have to threaten and harass people into giving you good reviews. I will not be bullied into changing my honest account of my experience with your shoddy practice. Update: Upon posting this review, I was harassed by their PR person who called me multiple times even after I asked her not to call me. Please be warned that if you try to tell the truth about their sad excuse of a practice, you will get harassed and they will try to get you to take down the review. This is probably one of the worst doctors offices Ive ever been to. Several months ago I had to wait over 30 minutes for my appointment which was THE FIRST APPOINTMENT OF THE DAY. This second time, I waited almost 40 minutes because they were already that far behind at 10 a.m. The only reason I came back for a second appointment was because I needed a refill on a STANDARD MEDICATION and they refused to give me one without making another appointment. This is clearly just a money grab, as the doctor saw me for about 5 minutes. He is also completely inattentive and refuses to listen to your concerns. He sort of decides what he wants to do by looking at his notes from last time and then steamrolls you and ignores what you actually came to the office to talk about.

I was given 5 star service hands down. Disregard the bad reviews from the past.* - I went in pessimistic but came out feeling CONFIDENT and ASSURED. - I was quickly diagnosed. - I was educated about my condition. - I felt like they cared about me. - Dr. Liana Abramova listened to me. - All staff members were courteous, nice and professional. I called in to set an appointment. The receptionist was helpful and answered all my questions. An appointment was set up for the next day. I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment and got in right on time. The receptionists were awesome! Super nice. The office assistant was very helpful. She asked about my medical background to get to know my needs. She wrote very detailed notes about my condition to provide the doctor. She listened to me and didnt seem rushed. Dr. Liana Abramova is a 10/10 professional in her field. She is extremely knowledgeable. She inspected me and quickly diagnosed my condition. She listened to all my questions and concerns, let me speak and then educated me on my problem. I left feeling like a weight had been lifted. Shes the best! *In regards to the negative reviews that this office has received in the past, disregard them. Im sure those people had some super tough and uncomfortable conditions/situations and they went in with a frown on their faces and were upset when they werent treated like royalty. This is a doctors office. Not a spa at the Ritz Carlton. Its a great place. Call and schedule an appointment
