I called today to make an appointment. I am a new patient. I spoke to a Ms. Terry who seemed to be not so kind. She asked me for the type of insurance I had and I began by saying Anthem. She said know but whats the name. I did not know what she meant but continued on reading things on my card. Finally I got the name right. We proceeded on with the appointment. She then asked what did I need to be seen for. I said dark circles underneath my eyes. She said okay, you will be seen by Nancy Thornton. I said okay and then she said "to be honest with you, there is nothing they can do for that". I said Im sorry, she said there is nothing they can do for dark circles. I said so what does people make appointments for, to just be looked at? She said well they might be able to give you some cream or something but...really there is nothing. I then said yes there is cause I have had something before, she then said in a rush, "THEN COME GET IT"! I was so shocked and then asked her for her name and now I am reporting this. I hope she is not this way with all new patients because this will limit new patients being seen or making appointments. This was a shocker!!!

Impersonal like a drive through. I drive over an hour to get there because I heard they are the best specialists in the area and I was told that I would only be seen by the dermatologist for 10 minutes so I could only pick one issue to discuss. So I could either have an exam or I could discuss rosacea but not both. The nurse saw me for 5 minutes and the doctor maybe 3. What a drive through experience. The waiting room was full of people. I also have gone to their aesthetic center for laser hair removal and was promised by the first aesthetician they could do something to help a chronic hair issue Ive had, and despite this being my 4th treatment, Ive not seen a reduction yet. The second aesthetician was forthcoming and said my issue cant be helped by the treatment, but it was after I paid over $600 for it. It is not worth the drive or your money to go here!

I had an appointment with Dr. Melissa King. She didnt even spend more than 3 minutes in the room. Her assistant handed me an information sheet and that was about the only thing that happened during the appointment. What a joke. I can understand all the negative reviews now. Usually I dont give reviews unless the businesses are really terrible. I drive one hour to see the doctor, waited 40 minutes past my appointment time for 3 minutes with a doctor who couldnt be bothered to look at the problems. Terrible!

TERRIBLE experience. Do not go to Dr. Gross or this office. Her staff is incompetent. After seeing her twice for the same issue, the second being a biopsy with normal results, I requested to discuss other options for treatment as I was still having minor issues. They refused to help me by having a nurse call me to discuss and insisted that I come in A THIRD time for the same issue. This is unacceptable. DO NOT GO TO THEM. Completely unprofessional.

The appointment person is the worst. It took this dunmy 13 mins to set up an appointment and was rude hung up the phone and i called back to cancel it because she was rude and unprofessional and this dummy didnt even have the appointment set up. This office is trash!

Terrible Place

Do not go here if you want any semblance of compassionate care- they are complete failures to patients who are having a mental health crisis from the drugs they prescribe, I.e accutane. Any patient deserves better than this, this place and its staff are for shame.

Had over an HOUR wait for a 2 pm appointment . The doctor didnt seem to care about my wait , her assistant said If I tried to make an appointment with another Dermatologist it would be a 6 month wait. I wont be back !

First Choice

I have always had a great experience in this office. Dr. Peck is so great. I have seen different dermatologists in the past and she is by far my favorite. I would, and often do, recommend her to everyone I know.

Every time I go here I have to wait 1-2 hours to see Dr. Kitces. I would give five stars if not for the wait. And they have the nerve to tell you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment!
