Terrible, very disorganized office staff -- my doctors office faxed a referral multiple times. The first time they said they received the referral but it didnt have doctors notes in it so they wouldnt give me an appointment. My doctors office resent the office multiple times, they claimed they never got it. When I finally complained, they said that they would call my doctors office to get the information they needed and leave a message for me about when my appointment would be -- apparently patients dont get to have any say in when the appointment is. You have to take whatever appointment time and date they give you. Ridiculous.

Dr Ha and his staff are wonderful. Its tough to get an appointment but once you do you are not kept waiting in the waiting room to be seen.
