My husband has been a skin cancer patient of Dr Bajoghli for 14 years. Dr Bajoghli has done at least 8 Mohs Surgeries on his face and ears. He would never go to any other Mohs Surgeon since Dr Bajoghli has done such an outstanding job each and every time. The scarring from each surgery is so minimal no one can believe he has had so many surgeries. Dr Bajoghli also does very thorough skin checks every 6 months to find any other skin cancers early. He is very cordial and professional. He seems to take care of my husband as if he was part of Dr Bajoghlis family. The staff at Skin and Laser Surgery Center are amazing. They will go the "extra mile" for him. They are always cheerful, helpful and professional. I am also Dr Bajoghlis patient. He has done a number of laser and other cosmetic procedures for me. I am always well satisfied with his work. Therefore, I give Dr Bajoghli and Skin and Laser Surgery five stars for being such an outstanding office.

During my initial visit to see Dr Thomas Larry Smith of Skin & Laser Surgery Center, I was called back to see Dr Smith at my appointed time and saw the doctor within minutes. I selected Dr Smith for two basic reasons, we both have military career backgrounds and both from the Great Magnolia State of Mississippi - of the doctors I researched, he was the best option to understand my sun over-exposure - being of the sunny south. His medical assistant was equally knowledgeable of my over-exposure to the sun and clearly understood the condition and its optimum treatments. Even at the start of his examination, his experience with sun exposure was quite evidence and he knew exactly how to communicate his findings in a manner that I clearly understood. I highly recommend his professional services.

My first ever visit to a dermatologist was a place in Centreville (I will be leaving a review there too). I left emotionally scarred and crying in pain... anyways.... the point here is I decided to go to a new place, skin & laser surgery center, as I was pointed that way by a family member. Dr. Bigholi (hope that is spelled correctly) is amazing. I am so happy I decided to go to this place. Not only is the doctor super nice, but the nurses too... everyone I have delt with here had been great! I would recommend Dr. Bigholi to EVERYBODY! He has the knowledge, patience, and kindness that made me feel much much better about going through different treatments that are all new to me.

This man is hands down, the most incompetent, ill mannered, greedy, socially inept "doctor" Ive ever been exposed to. I had the MOHS procedure done for what they said was skin cancer in about 2010. I will actually never know if I was misdiagnosed. He was sued by the federal government for fraud among other things in 2014, but not convicted. Im sure Bagjohlis pockets are deep. The indictment is published on the web. Just yesterday, I found TWO separate pieces of suture material in the disfiguring scar he left on my leg seven years ago!! This is why Im just now giving this review. Im hoping to spare others the same horror I am still going through.

The service here is terrible. Twice now theyve called me canceling the appointment I had scheduled 6 weeks in advance (because they cant schedule anything within 6 weeks) when I had already made arrangements with work and they were inflexible in rescheduling me. The one time my appointment time was actually kept and I showed up, I waited an hour and a half after my appointment time just to be seen by this doctor. This practice is terribly unorganized and they prioritize their cosmetic surgeries that bring in the most money and bump regularly scheduled appts. They dont care about their patients and prioritize them by the number of dollars they bring in.

As a registered nurse for over 40 years I have worked with hundreds of physicians and Dr. Bajoghli is one of the most dedicated compassionate and honest ones which is why I have chosen him to be my doctor for over 14 years. Dr Bajoghli has also treated several of my closest friends, colleagues and family members. Trustworthy and with great surgical and laser skills for my facial spots. Highly recommend his practice to anyone with skin issues.

First visit. I was very satisfied with treatment. There is a helpful and friendly staff. Dr. Smith is thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I scheduled the visit due to a couple of issues. The doctor made me aware of additional symptoms found on my shoulder. I left the office with four issues resolved and a clear plan for follow up treatment.

Ive been looking for a new Dermatologist in the Woodbridge area. After looking at the positive reviews I called Skin & Laser Surgery. The receptionist on this Friday afternoon was impatient and annoyed from moment of answering the phone. They may have a good practice but I dont want to deal with a receptionist that cant even be mildly polite.

My 8 year-old son saw Dr. Larry Smith and while he hated having to be poked with a needle, Dr. Smith was kind, extremely patient and explained everything to my husband before, during and immediately after the treatment. He is extremely knowledgeable and a great example of how a doctor should treat a patient.
