TERRIBLE experience. Do not go to this Dr. Her staff is incompetent. After seeing her twice for the same issue, the second being a biopsy with normal results, I requested to discuss other options for treatment as I was still having minor issues. They refused to help me by having a nurse call me to discuss and insisted that I come in A THIRD time for the same issue. This is unacceptable. DO NOT GO TO THEM. Completely unprofessional.

Dr Gross truly cares about her patients. She is the only dermatologist Ive had to do a full body check knowing my family history. She has also taken care of my kids when they had issues and did an amazing job.

Dr Gross appears to be a good doctor, but her assistants are rude and incompetent. Being that you spend 50% of your time or more talking to them this is disconcerting.
