I absolutely love Dr Tran, amazing doctor and has given me everything i could ask for plus more. But her receptions are bitchy - making appointments official without and OK from the patient. I just opened a tanning salon so I missed a few appointments and I have braces so orthodontist as well. $50 charges for missed appointments arent nothing to me but they make a huge deal of it. I would pay Dr Tran thousands just because shes so amazing So money is not an issue. "Nancy" the receptionist is so rude and disrespectful and if I had any say she would be the first fired , I would never allow her to work in my office. I have read bad reviews about this women before and didnt think nothing of it. Now realizing the other review about Nancy was spot on. Debating whether or not to change dermatologist no matter how much I love dr Tran , theres nothing worse than a rude welcoming.

Consistent...consistently bad from scheduling an appointment to the examination room. The office staff must really hate their jobs...I usually get arrogant (aka smart-assed) responses. Dr. Tran has no bed-side manner; she is very abrupt and to the point. I waited about 40 minutes to see her for 5 minutes...lucky me! After three visits I still have the same issue that I had when I first walked through the door. Its time for me to move on. I wouldnt recommend this practice to anyone.

The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. This was the doctor that decided to go on vacation and canceled the appointment I had made weeks before with only three days’ notice, and then would do nothing to take me in before another month. Pathetic! She should not have a license.
