Dissapointed. After having two of my children go through Accorde in the Rogers location, we were not treated the same with our third child. You would think after spending a little more that $12,000 over the last 3.5 years and ready to spend another $6000 they would have been reasonable. Not the case as we were told "..we have make changes to the way we operate" Well they certainly have and we found an orthodontist in Elk River that was more respectful, friendlier and the bonus is it costs less! We hated to go, but the "new policy changes" forced the move. So, check around, there are choices, good choices that cost less.

Weve had a relationship with Accorde for over a decade. Three of our four children have needed orthodontic work - two of which have needed expanders. We love that the same orthodontist is assigned to a family as similar treatments may be needed between family members...there is a family discount too which helps our budget. Accordes staff is very welcoming and encouraging as well as the orthodontist. We are thankful for you in our community and that your multiple offices are easy to find.

I love Accorde Orthodontists! They are always very welcoming and kind! Every single staff member there contributes to making every appointment seem like visiting friends! Ive had part of my treatment already, and Im not scared for the rest! Accorde is definitely one I would recommend to ANYONE! Im so glad to be with them! Just completed our first visit to Accorde Orthodontist in Rogers for my 7 year old. Lori and Dr. Helmich were fantastic at explaining the details of the process so that both me and my daughter could understand and process the information. The facility is a warm, comforting environment and left us actually looking forward to our next visit. Would recommend to anybody!

I bring both of my kids to Accorde and have had a great experience with both of them. The staff from the front desk to dental assistants to the docs are all fantastic!! They are honest, helpful and caring, I would recommend Accorde to anyway needing orthodontic services.

Excellent!! Dr. Mark is fantastic!! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful!! They offered an appliance for my daughters jaw along with the braces to avoid jaw surgery in the future. I highly recommend Accorde!!
