Its funny that you dont remember why I gave you one star. Your receptionist is rude and disrespectful. I received a voice mail from Becky that was very rude and condescending about not paying my bill. I owed $32 from a past service for which I never received a bill from your office. She proceeded to call my cell phone for 3 days straight leaving the same nasty voice mail. Sometimes the calls would come in at 7 or 7:30am. I mailed my check in with a letter to Dr. Brady expressing my concerns. Dr. Brady sent me a letter back not addressing the issue at hand (your rude receptionist) instead you insulted my intelligence sent me back my check with the worst apology letter I have ever seen. Today after talking to my coworker about which Dentist he uses I could not believe my ears. Him and his family left your office for the same exact reason. Exact same reason Becky calling leaving nasty voicemails and they never even received a bill. Dr. Brady I want you to know that I liked you as a dentist. Probably the best I ever had. But your letter and sending me the check back and not addressing the real issue is a concern. You need to start listening to your customers and correcting the reason why your patients are not coming back.

I have been a patient with Dr Brady for over thirty years. The staff is so friendly and positive, professional and caring. The atmosphere is warm and beautiful. The hygienists are top notch. Dr. Brady is so calm and genuinely caring with dental procedures. My daughters have gone to Brady Dental Care since they were small and continue going to Brady Dental Care. Our care will continue with their office because we have found that their care and service are top notch. I would highly recommend anyone seeking dental care to call Brady Dental Care. You wont want to go anywhere else after you have been cared for at Brady Dental Care!!

Best experience Ive ever had at a dentist! I called around to several dentists trying to find one that accepts my insurance. Most places were short with me but Becky was so friendly and helpful! Debbie was so much fun to hang out with and on top of that, I learned more about teeth in my time with her than Ive learned in my life I think! Dr. Corbin was awesome too, he sat down and chatted with me until I was done asking questions, never rushed me out. Everyone was so personable and I honestly felt like I was the only patient there. I left smiling and excited for my next cleaning :)

I love going to Brady Dental Care. That must sound out of place for a dental trip, but they are an amazing team! Dr. Kent and Dr. Corbin are so friendly and wonderful at what they do and the girls always seem genuinely interested in how Im doing. Aside from the great staff, the office is so clean and cozy- unlike any other medical office I have experienced. If youre looking for a trustworthy and talented dentist, youve got two of them here!
