The women on the phone are helpful, courteous and make sure my needs are addressed in a very timely manner. The dental care I receive is excellent and I would not consider going any where else. From regular check-ups, extra cleanings and a few emergency visits theyve been friendly, professional, and very accommodating. I appreciate that Im promptly ushered back for my scheduled appointments rather than being stuck waiting in the lobby like other clinics. Horrible experience. Taylor is insanely rude. Several threats to send a $100 bill to collections. Be very wary, went in for a chipped tooth with a normal appointment and they told me xrays and my exam would be covered and apparently it wasnt. Then said I told them to do the xrays, I did not. They looked at my insurance and told me my xrays were covered and to do all of them, I agreed and then it was a lie. DO NOT GO HERE!!
