First off, I had my son in to have his wisdom teeth surgically removed. As we all know, its not a short wait. There is no Wifi or even a TV to watch while waiting. Youd think since this is a specialty clinic where procedures are done, they would have these things. Secondly, he was given 4 different RXs. I had asked if they could fax them over to our pharmacy, I was told "by law we cannot fax or call over any RXs." I responded that I understand that to be true for schedule 2 narcotics but not the non schedule 2 narcotics. I got an eye roll from the little blonde that told me about the "law." The lady sitting next to her said because of them being narcotics, we cant do that, wed have to check with the dr.. I said thats fine, Ill be he awhile. Then she said well we dont have your pharmacy phone or fax number. I told her I can provide that for them. I also explained that we live an hour away and would like to have atleast a few RXs filled prior to us getting there because it always seems to take them 30/45min. for them to fill. She at that point got up from her chair and mind you, she wasnt happy about it, but went back to talk to someone. She came out into the waiting room to let me know that they were in a procedure and once they were out it would be about 9:00-9:15. I said that would be fine as we probably would either still be here or just left and as mentioned before, were an hour from home and that would still be helpful if the ones that could be called in or faxed be done. As I sit in the waiting room, I could tell you so many names of patients because of the orthodontist receptionist (extremely loud voice) no confidentiality what so ever.

I had gotten my wisdom teeth removed on a Thursday morning, from the Burnsville location. THE girls were really nice. Saturday I started getting really bad pain, and Sunday, I just couldnt handle the pain anymore. This doctor was supposed to be the on call, and she told me that Im pretty much SOL and Im going to have to ride out the pain until they open the next day. Talked to another dentist, and he was pretty livid. He said that they shouldnt be pulling teeth on Thursdays, if theyre not willing to come in on Sundays and help their patients in need. Its been affecting my work, Ive had to get shifts covered, then Im forking out more money to go be seen by anyone. So Im missing out on work and paying so much out of pocket. Getting my wisdom teeth out was the worst mistake of my life.

Of my 30 years of experience, this is the worst experience Ive received from any office (when I removed my wisdom tooth). The patient service representatives there in the office are far from helpful; they do not have a friendly welcoming smile and they do not work with you in any way, shape, or form. My tooth was very awkwardly placed in the upper back with a big cavity in it. At every dental office, any extraction of a tooth is a surgical removal but this office will always submit the claim as basic removal even if it involves a big surgery thereby making a hell of a lot of money from you. So next time you need a tooth removed please dont go here if you dont want to give your arm and leg for a tooth removal.

I was very happy with my experience at this location. They provided me with an up-front estimate of what the cost of my work would be. Dr. Grean was very attentive to how I was doing during my procedure and answered all my questions before and after. Coming from a small-town dentist growing up, this didnt feel like a corporation-dentistry service and I liked that. It was nice that they do have multiple locations so that when I needed emergency work done, I was able to get in the next day, instead of 3+ days later-- and I know its covered by my insurance!

My rating and review are regarding Dr. Gavren -- She was very patient with my irrational fear of dentistry and oral surgery in particular, and her skill proved my worries to be unfounded. I had one tooth extracted with Novocaine only , and it was done before I knew it, and I had zero pain afterward. Then, another that required sedation on a separate visit that went equally well. I have no reservations recommending her. (Ive had insufficient interaction with the rest of the staff to comment.)

Scheduled an appointment to get my wisdom tooth removed. When I got there they had the nerve to tell me they had to reschedule me a whole week away because they were not aware they had to put me to sleep to remove the tooth when my primary dentist faxed them a recommendation the day before. Why arent you guys ready to take care of your patients, why schedule the oral surgery if your not gonna perform it. Just a bad experience over all

Went to get a root canal and had been in pain for three weeks afterwards. I had to call two to three times complaining about the pain before they agree to see me. I went in to see the dentist just to be told to take ibuprofen. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and it turned out that my roots had cracks in them and need to get the tooth pulled. Never will I go to this place again!

Can not rate their service because I never saw the dentist. I was not told that my "consultation" was going to be $340.00 out-of-pocket. When I wasnt prepared with the money they told me the dentist would not be seeing me.
