I wish I could give this place zero stars.
The dentist filled in a chipped tooth, which I had specifically told numerous times not to. He then proceeded to build it up so large that I could not close my mouth. He told me that I should go home and wait to see if it would settle or change. He also left filling material and adhesive on surrounding teeth, and I could not floss between them.
I had to return later that day so they could file down the chipped tooth that I didn't want touched in the first place, just so I could close my mouth. (They tried to make me wait for the next week, and I had to explain TWICE that I could not chew food with a much larger front tooth, when the rest of my teeth did not touch.) They also scraped and drilled off the extra left over messy materials that had bonded on my teeth. To a point where he drilled a painful divot in it.
I now have a VERY painful front tooth, a slanted "fixed" other front tooth (that re-chipped as the next morning) and a back tooth that bleeds when I brush it. I am too scared to go back. Honestly. Then they have the galls to bill me for "fixing" my teeth. My husband, children, or myself, will never return.

Updated : Reducing my review to 1 star. 1 year after my multiple tooth fillings at this place and my bite has still not come back to normal. They do a pretty job with dental fillings old review ========== I have some mixed experience about this office * Office staff (Rachel) is awesome - she is very good in appointments, insurance matters and very good at what she does * There is some hygiene issues in the office - after each visit I started having sore throat, never had it happened with any dental office. * Dr Alegoankar & the assistant were good - I mean they did a good job in multiple fillings and all my friends go to her and heard good feedback. But somehow for me, my wisdom tooth filling ended up being pretty bad, would wake up with pain at 3 in the morning and took me multiple weeks to become normal. I am still having issues with my bite and the infection/pain did not go away until I had to go on antibiotics which was again prescribed by a different doctor.

This is a fraudulent business. I was here 3 years ago for a teeth cleaning and x-ray which they wanted to do procedures afterwards. The staff here are rude, vicious, and greedy. I had tooth pain and the dumbfounded imbecile doctor prescribed me vicadain not knowing my medical history and I got sciatica because of it. They extracted my top wisdom teeth and wanted to steal some of my other teeth. Luckily I did not let them do anything else to my other teeth. This dentistry is involved with a tooth stealing conspiracy to make money off of extracted teeth. Stay away from this wretched atrocious place. They want to illegally make money off people here by fraudulently charging them or preying on people who have medicare by doing inappropriate procedures. I will never trust a dentist ever again because I had more than one horrid incident from other dentistries as well. Beware of the dentist conspiracy and if you are on medicare, stay away from these loony dentists.

This has to be the worst dentist office I have ever been to. I am in the process of contacting any and every state department in regards to them and their uncleanliness, their terrible customer service, there horrible dentistry practices. Every cavity I had filled had to be redone. (One I never had problems with til I got it filled) I now get food stuck in EVERYTIME I eat. Another one, after getting a cavity filled I was left with a hole in my tooth. Others just have a little lip that needs smoothing but I have already had them smooth them before, this shouldnt need a second time. The last straw was waiting 54 moniutes, numb for anyone to come and help me. This is too long of a time to wait for a dentist to start working on you.

Dr. Peterson and Rachel are wonderful! They are both always so welcoming, but the hygienists need help. They are rude and almost like sales persons, always trying to get you to buy one thing or another, Ive never been to a dental office that tried to do that. In addition the first time I went in they sort of scared me into getting extra procedures done, they didnt even clean my teeth. Now granted it only takes that one bad dentist for you to never go back, but from what I see Dr. Peterson and Rachel are definitely the saving grace of this facility.

Had a chipped tooth and I was in and out of there in no time. EVERYONE was friendly, helpful, and professional. Very clean office, yes its older but they still take care of the necessary hygiene and cleaning. The dentist and assistants are great. Been going to Gentle Dentistry for 6 years now at another location and Im switching to this location.

Yuk. This place is dingy and dreary, small and musty. The front office staff are not pleasant. The dental assistant was rude. They billed me for a credit that was due to me. Try calling their billing dept, your on hold for three min and it transfers you to vm. even calling during off hours, it always says there is one caller ahead of me.

If I can give this practice negative stars I will. The doctor(blonde lady) that worked on my teeth, a couple yrs ago, and filled my amalgams did a horrible job, the filling broke and fell. I should sue them for malpractice and for all the other wrongs they did and of risks that they did not inform me of.
