I was referred to Dr. Ross by a trainer at my gym when I complained about lower back and hip pain while training. Being a female body builder, its important to take care of our back since its so fundamental in almost all lifts. Seeing Dr. Ross regularly has helped improve my posture and alleviate my back and hip pain. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to my sport and has shown me proper stretches to improve my mobility as well. My schedule is always crazy and he is extremely accommodating, and has stayed late or come in early to work around my schedule if needed. I have never met a doctor that genuinely cared about their patients like he does. Anyone in the fitness industry or in general, take care of yourself and see Dr. Ross! You wont be disappointed.

In February I started experiencing some significant lower back pain. I was concerned about what it could be, and since my health insurance isnt the greatest, I figured I would try chiropractic first to see if that was the problem. I hadnt been adjusted before. My experience with Dr.Ross was quite pleasant he was very knowledgeable in his field and the staff was very welcoming. He is one of my new key ingredients that helps me maintain a high level of health and continues to share gems of knowledge about nutrition and how the health of my spine translates to my quality of living!!
