I can testify that I am able to function in daily life so much better with Chiropractic care and Bowers Family Chiropractic has my vote of being right up there on TOP of my list of keeping my health. I can walk in having pain and walk out feeling so much better. I have recently started making changes in my life and I feel like a new person. Giving up three of the drugs I was taking has absolutely been the best thing I could have done. I have joined the Y and I am working on building muscle and strength in the water. Sorry Dr. Jeff it took me so long.. I was on drugs for depression, anxiety and stomach problems. It can be scary reading the material that comes with these drugs....I believe two of them are bad for the bones...How could taking calcium and vitamin D help, when you take something that destroys bone? Today October 22, I went in for an adjustment and I felt like the walking dead. Not enough rest past two nights and on the go past two days. After this adjustment I felt my eyes first. I no longer felt like I might fall asleep any minute. Suddenly I could walk better. My body felt alive again. Thank you so much for being there to help...Eternally grateful.

Dr. Matt So is an amazing chiropractor, and an even better guy! I have seen around ten chiropractors throughout the years, and none truly compare. Most (all) chiropractors go through the motions, trying to get through all their patience in a quick manner. Dr. So is the opposite of your typical chiropractor (and doctor). He TRULY CARES if each adjustment helps you, and cares about your health. He is very knowledgeable, feel free to ask him any questions regarding diet, exercise, etc, he knows it all. He will help you attain a healthy lifestyle, and this is what he is all about. I went to him with a sore back, horrible headache, sore neck, and was starting to get a cold a few days after I overcame the flu. After a single adjustment by Matt So, my pain was gone, and I ended up not getting a cold. I felt so good after, I had to write this review.

Dr. Bowers has been my Chiropractor for over 16 years and he is THE BEST in Fredericksburg. Not only are Jeff and his family great friends, but they are committed and gracious to their patients as well. This is a family run business and it shows. You are treated like family and the customer care is outstanding. I owned a successful fitness center when Jeff opened his practice and I sent my members to him on referral without hesitation. Dr. Jeff Bowers has been my chiropractor for years. My husband and I started many years ago. My husband has since died, but I continue to go to see him to keep my back in alignment. He is a wonderful, compassionate doctor who cares about his patients. It is also true that the office staff are also caring and make you feel welcome every time you call and come into the office. There are so many things to list explaining why they are the best place to visit for chiropractic care. I have had migraines since I was in grade school (25+ years) and keeping regular visits helps prevent them and keeps me from having to take daily medications to prevent them.
