Wow, what an incredible first experience going to the dentist! Our toddler asked if she could "go back tomorrow!" ;) Growing Smiles is truly dedicated to children- there are iPads and a kid table with coloring books in the waiting room, as well as a toy bin to choose from after the exam (including Frozen stickers!!). They even have a kid table set up near the exam chairs for family members to wait. Dr. G and her staff are simply amazing! From the time we walked in, we were beyond impressed- we were greeted kindly, helped with our insurance (a rarity these days in medical offices!), and left with Chickfila coupons in hand! Dr. G and her partner let my daughter first play with all their tools, then "invited her" to have her teeth looked. The exam went so well because of their warm, fun-loving nature. We look forward to returning for years to come and highly recommend Growing Smiles. Keep up the awesome work, Dr. G and your team!

Excellent experience with Growing Smiles of NOVA! We got the referral from our pediatrician. We could not ask for a better experience. Free covered parking in the same building. Very short wait in a clean and kid friendly waiting room. Exam room has additional play area for the kids. Dr. G. and her staff gave the same exceptional bedside manner with an emphasis on allowing the kids to explore the tools and being comfortable. Dr. G answered all of our questions. We never felt rushed, which made the experience even better. Grade: A

Fantastic experience. Took my 3 year old who had a bad experience at another pediatrician. Office is easy to find. The waiting room has a lot to keep kids busy (the wait time was so short we didnt have enough time to use anything there!) Both the dentist and the assistant were very engaging and kept him intrigued the entire time. We received a report card, a balloon, and a toy for good behavior on the way out. Not to mention, shiny white teeth!

My kids LOVE going here!! I have three young sons, and for two of them Dr. G was their first experience with a dentist. I dont have enough positive things to say about the experience. Her staff is bubbly, understanding, and extremely helpful. Dr. Galliani is patient, enthusiastic, and an excellent listener to the needs of your child. Every time we drive by my kids cheer "Dr. Galliani!"...I love that they are actually excited about the dentist.

Both my 2 year old and 3 year old went and it was fast and easy. The kids enjoyed the visit so much fun that they are looking forward to their next dentist visit. What a difference going to a pediatric dentist makes. I tried taking my 3 year old to a regular dentist and he was totally freaked out. Dr. Giannina and her staff are friendly and know just how to put little children at ease.

My 3 year old absolutely loved Dr. G and her staff. My daughter has never been a fan of dentists (who has?) but she loved it and didnt want to leave. I wish they took adults! I never post reviews but I just had to after our amazing visit. I will recommend Growing Smiles to everyone! The entire staff is so friendly, the office is clean and FUN, and there was barely any wait.

We loved our visit: this practice is completely kids friendly, loved the way they talk to the kids (mine are 2 and 3), explain the dental exam and engage with the children. Office is built for kids with toy stations everywhere so that when one of your kid is in exam, the other one finds something to occupy him/herself. We will certainly be back for their next check-up.

I do not recommend this place. We were between he first client when she opened, her attitude changed after she secured some customers. When I called the front desk to schedule an appointment for an emergency. I was told they are booked and she encouraged me to find another doctor to extract the tooth. This is how they treat their first customers!

We took our 2 year-old son here for his first dental appointment today. He always gets nervous in medical settings, but Kelly and Dr. G. did an AMAZING job calming him down immediately and keeping him happy and smiling for the entire visit. Since weve been home, he keeps asking to go back again. I cannot recommend Growing Smiles highly enough!

They did great with our willful 2.5 year old. Took the time to show her all the tools and make her comfortable. Stopped the cleaning/check-up whenever she would squirm. Also took the time to talk to the parents after and explain everything. Expected a total disaster and our daughter had a blast.
