They will try to find out how much they can charge you once you put your foot at the place. They are such a greedy!! I was charged way more than I was supposed to be..they keep bring you something to pay out of your pocket. They said they are expert on insurance information and can provide insurance advice appropriately. They did my feeling and two crowns.. etc.. They just called me..they just found out that one of my feeling was not covered by insurance since my feeling was white!! They never informed me ahead of time that my WHITE feeling would not be covered by insurance neither asked me there are any feeling options if I could have chosen SILVER which is covered by my insurance!!.. They also said that its my responsibility to knew the WHITE feeling would not be covered by my insurance.. I did not even know until today that I HAD TO INFORM MY DENTIST THAT DO NOT GIVE ME THE WHITE FEELING!! BECAUSE IT IS NOT COVERED BY MY INSURANCE!! How many people would pay attention detail about their insurance. If they stab patients back like this, can we trust our DENTIST in the future!!!???

Horrible experience. Got to my appointment at 8:45 did not leave until 12:15 They broke my retainer while cleaning my teeth and tried to charge me to replace the wire. They tried all of the upcharges you see on the Yelp reviews also, i.e my teeth need "deep cleaning" and a cavity fill was $400! Charged $25 for fluoride treatment which took 2-3 seconds. This place is HUGE for a dental office and the PRICES are also HUGE! BY the way, with the wire they used to replace in my retainer, my night time retainer no longer fits. They refuse to pay for my orthodontic visit even though THEY BROKE my retainer while cleaning my teeth. STAY AWAY from this place and find a REPUTABLE DENTIST! 0 STARS!

New to the area and was referred by my insurance company. Went in for a regular 6-month cleaning in October. They gave me a $40 fluoride treatment without asking me that I had to pay out of pocket. Months later I received a bill for $369.00 in February. I had to call them to submit it to my insurance company. I got calls and letters from Reflection weekly saying that I didnt have insurance. I literally had to do their job for them and be the middle man with my insurance company to get it paid. All around bad business practices. Also during my visit I waited in the lobby for close to two hours

Ive been to a lot of dentists over the years, including family friends as a child and a teenager. The dentists at Reflection Dental remind me of the dentists who looked out for my family through the years. I am so glad to have found Dr. Le, and Dr. Musmar is fantastic, too. Highly knowledgeable, very personable, and patient-focused. Ive had cleanings, fillings, and am in the Invisalign process now. The staff is great, too. The worst part of the experience at Reflection Dental is the Christmas music all December, but I just dont like Feliz Navidad or Elvis all that much.

This is place is dishonest They call you with a 50 dollars cleaning and exam After that try to high price work to be done without a cleaning but first work that u need If you disagree still u have to pay X-rays If not we keep sending u a bill with higher exam and send another one triple the amount to collections So sad this place is still open full of operators to rip you off than dental workers BE AWARE

Dr. Musmar is the first dentist in my whole life that made my extreme fear of the dentist go away! He is the nicest and most caring guy I know! I used to avoid the dentist at all costs until I can across him - now I never miss an appointment - hes just wonderful!
